Jian He, male, the Manchu nationality, born in Hailun City, Heilongjiang Province in September 1982, bachelor’s degree, graduated from Southwest University majored in computer science and technology. Now he works as the deputy director of financial media center and senior engineer in financial media center of Hailun City, Heilongjiang Province. His research direction is radio and television transmission coverage project. He once won the first prize of Professional Technical Expert of Radio and Television Launch competition of Heilongjiang radio and television system; Heilongjiang Province Radio and television system Television Transmission Professional Technical Expert competition technical expert third prize; Heilongjiang Province Radio, Film and Television System Science and Technology Progress third prize; And two national utility model patents.

赫健，男，满族， 1982 年 9 月生，黑龙江海伦人，毕业于西南大学，本科学历。计算机科学与技术专业。现就职于黑龙江省海伦市融媒体中心，融媒体中心副主任，高级工程师。研究方向为广播电视传输覆盖工程。曾获黑龙江省广播电视系统“广播电视发射专业技术能手”竞赛技术能手一等奖；黑龙江省广播电视系统“电视发送专业技术能手”竞赛技术能手三等奖；黑龙江省广播电影电视系统科技进步三等奖；黑龙江省广播电影电视局科技创新三等奖；及两项国家实用新型专利。
