Preface

As an important means of transportation, cars bring convenience and comfort to people’s life, but also bring many negative effects. With the increasing number of cars in the world, energy consumption, environmental pollution and greenhouse effect have become global problems. It is urgent to seek alternative energy and develop green transportation. New energy vehicles use unconventional alternative fuels other than gasoline and diesel or electric energy and solar energy as power sources, which have the advantages of less pollution, lower noise, higher conversion efficiency and lower cost. It is regarded as the most effective way to save energy and reduce emissions and reduce dependence on oil in the automotive industry.
  Although the research and development of new energy vehicles in China started late, it has developed very fast under the strong support of national policies. At present, China’s automobile industry takes pure electric drive as the main strategic direction of technology transformation, focusing on breaking through battery, motor and electronic control technology, and promoting the industrialization development of pure electric vehicles. Domestic vehicle manufacturers, such as FAW, Dongfeng, SAIC, Zitong, BYD, Zhongtai, Qingnian, Geely and Chery, have also launched their own R & D and design of hybrid electric vehicles and pure electric vehicles. The rapid development of China’s pure electric vehicles and their key components, such as power batteries and drive motors, has given China’s pure electric vehicles the opportunity to compete with western developed countries on the same level in the field of new energy vehicle technology.


前 言

汽车作为重要的交通工具,为人们生活带来便捷和舒适的同时,也带来了诸多负面影响。随着世界各国汽车保有量的不断增加,能源消耗、环境污染和温室效应已经成为全球性难题,寻求替代能源、发展绿色交通已刻不容缓。新能源汽车以汽油、柴油之外的非常规的车用替代燃料或电能、太阳能等作为动力能源,具有污染较小、噪声较低、转换效率较高、使用成本较低等优点,被视为汽车工业节能减排、减少对石油依存的最有效途径。
        我国对新能源汽车的研究和发展虽然起步较晚,但在国家政策的大力支持下,发展非常快。目前,我国汽车工业以纯电驱动作为技术转型的主要战略方向,重点突破电池、电机和电控技术,推进纯电动汽车产业化发展。国内整车制造企业,如一汽、东风、上汽、字通、比亚迪、众泰、青年、吉利、奇瑞等也纷纷推出自主研发和设计的混合动力汽车及纯电动汽车。我国纯电动汽车及主要关键部件,如动力电池、驱动电动机等快速发展,使我国的纯电动汽车在新能源汽车技术领域有机会与西方发达国家在同一个层面上竞争。

Chuan-Zeng Chen, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, senior engineer, born in Hefei City, Anhui Province in August 1988. He graduated from Hefei University of Technology majoring in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation. Now he is the design director of chassis general layout of Heavy Commercial Vehicle Research Institute of JAC Group. He is mainly engaged in civil and military special vehicle design and development, new energy vehicle technology research and other work. He has published many professional and technical papers in authoritative magazines. As the main inventor, he has obtained 5 invention patents. As the main responsible person, the chassis of an 8 × 8 special vehicle he designed and developed has reached the international advanced level.

陈传增,男,汉族,安徽合肥人, 1988 年 8 月出生。毕业于合肥工业大学机械设计制造及自动化专业,本科学历,高级工程师。现为安徽江淮汽车集团股份有限公司重型商用车研究院底盘总布置设计主管。主要从事民用及军用特种车整车设计开发、新能源汽车技术研究等工作。 在权威杂志发表专业技术论文多篇, 作为主要发明人,获得发明专利 5 项,作为主要负责人所设计开发的某 8×8 特种车底盘达到国际先进水平

Chen-Feng Zhang, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province in October 1981. He graduated from Zhejiang Normal University. He is an internship instructor and senior technician of automobile maintenance. He has been engaged in the teaching of automobile machinery for 17 years, and has rich experience in education, teaching and management. He has tutored students to participate in automobile repair skills competitions for many times, and won municipal level or above awards. So far, he has published six papers in provincial or above journals, and presided over and participated in a number of topics.

张陈峰,男,汉族, 1981 年 10 月生,浙江金华人,本科学历,毕业于浙江师范大学,一级实习指导教师,汽车维修工高级技师。从事汽车机械类专业教学工作 17年,具有非常丰富的教育教学和管理经验,多次辅导学生参加汽修类技能竞赛获得地市级以上奖项,至今在省级以上期刊公开发表论文六篇,主持并参与多项课题。

Peng Zhong, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’ s degree, born in Wuhan City, Hubei Province in November 1985. He is a suspension system engineer of Beijing Automotive Group Off-road Vehicle Co., Ltd. He has been engaged in the development of passenger cars for ten years, and has completed the development of suspension systems for seven new models (four independently and three jointly developed), and five of them have been successfully launched into the market.

钟朋,男,汉族, 1985 年 11 月生,湖北武汉人,大学本科学历,北京汽车集团越
野车有限公司悬架系统工程师。从事乘用车整车开发工作十年,完成 7 个新车型悬
架系统的开发工作(独立负责 4 个,协作开发 3 个),其中 5 个车型成功上市。
