Preface
Garden is a living and recreational space environment created by people using the mutual design of biological and non biological factors, based on scientific principles and social needs. Garden design is the correct and reasonable use of natural factors such as land, water, architecture, plants, etc., and creates various living conditions that can arouse people’s joy and admiration, that is to say, to create various beautiful landscape environment. This book introduces that garden architecture is a building fully combined with garden environment and natural scenery. The proportion and weight of architecture in the environment should be determined according to the requirements of environmental composition. Environment is the starting point of architectural creation. In particular, Chinese classical gardens generally take the natural landscape as the theme of landscape composition, and the architecture is only set for viewing and embellishing the landscape. This book analyzes the complementary artistic content of landscape architecture and landscape design from the specific and professional perspective.

园林是人们利用生物和非生物因素的相互设计， 依据科学原理和社会需求而创造的生活和游憩的空间环境。园林设计就是正确、合理的利用土地、水体、建筑、植物等自然因素，创造各种能引起人们喜悦和爱慕之情的生活境域，即创造各种优美的园林景观环境。本书介绍了园林建筑是与园林环境及自然景致充分结合的建筑，建筑在环境中的比重及分量应按环境构图要求权衡确定， 环境是建筑创作的起点。特别中国古典园林一般以自然山水作为景观构图的主题， 建筑只为观赏风景和点缀风景而设置等具体而专业的角度解析了园林建筑与景观设计等相辅相成的艺术内容。
Yong-Jun Ren, male, the Han nationality, born in Zibo City, Shandong Province in December 1963, CPC member, bachelor’s degree, graduated from the Department of forestry of Shandong Agricultural University. He started work in July 1986. In June 1988, he served as assistant engineer of Yanya Township Forestry Station in Yiyuan County, responsible for grass-roots forestry work. In August 1993, he served as an engineer of forestry station in Nanma town, Yiyuan county. In October 1999, he served as a senior engineer and director of Linguo station in Nanma town, Yiyuan County.
任永俊，男，汉族， 1963 年 12 月生，山东淄博人，中共党员。 1986 年 7 月毕业于山东农业大学林学系，大学本科学历、学士学位， 1986 年 7 月参加工作。 1988 年 6月，任沂源县燕崖乡林业站助理工程师 负责基层林业工作； 1993 年 8 月任沂源县南麻镇林业站工程师； 1999 年 10 月，任沂源县南麻镇林果站高级工程师、并担任林果站站长一职。
Jian-Wen Shou, female, the Han nationality, born in Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province in February 1975, senior landscape engineer, bachelor’s degree, graduated from Jiangxi University of Science and Technology in 1998. She has worked in Zhuji City Garden Management Office and other urban construction departments. She presided over or participated in a number of provincial and municipal key projects, engaged in urban construction management for a long time, accumulated rich work experience, especially in landscape planning, planting design, municipal construction and other aspects of certain research, park, square, waterfront, roads, scenic spots and other types of public landscape has unique views and research.
寿建文，女，汉族， 1975 年 2 月出生，浙江诸暨人，大学本科学历，园林高级工程师。 1998 年，毕业于南方冶金学院（江西理工大学），先后就职于诸暨市园林管理处等城市建设部门。 主持或参与了多项省市重点工程， 长期从事城市建设管理工作，积累了丰富的工作经验，尤其在园林绿化规划、种植设计、市政建设等方面有一定的研究，对公园、广场、滨水、道路、景区等各类公共景观有独到的见解和研究。
