Preface
According to the latest assessment report of global disease status released by the World Health Organization, cardiovascular disease is one of the three major causes of human death, accounting for 29% of the total global death toll. In China, 26% of people are at high risk of cardiovascular disease, and the number of people who die of cardiovascular disease is 2.5-3 million every year. With the deepening of the understanding of cardiovascular disease, the prevention and treatment level of cardiovascular disease is also improving. Various standardized treatment guidelines have been issued, the development of new drugs and new treatment methods have brought good news for patients with cardiovascular disease. Traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Its unique overall concept, syndrome differentiation and treatment as well as the characteristics of disease prevention and treatment play an important role in cardiovascular treatment. Syndrome differentiation and treatment is the characteristic of TCM recognition and treatment of diseases. Syndrome is the object of TCM syndrome differentiation and the basis of TCM treatment. The in-depth study on TCM syndrome recognition of cardiovascular disease will help to improve the clinical efficacy of TCM in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease; we need to guide clinical medication on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment; whether the therapeutic methods and drugs are effective can only be proved by the curative effect. This book summarizes the diagnosis and treatment of different cardiovascular diseases in Chinese and Western medicine, as a theoretical guidance material for clinical practice.

世界卫生组织最新发布的全球疾病状况的最新评估报告显示，心血管疾病是当前导致人类死亡的三大主要原因之一，占全球总死亡人数的 29%。在我国， 26%的人存在心血管病高危风险，每年死于心血管病的人数为 250 万至 300 万。随着对心血管疾病认识的不断加深，对心血管疾病的防治水平也在不断提高，各种规范化治疗指南相继出台，各种新药物的开发以及新的治疗方法的开展，为心血管病患者带来了福音。中医药防治心血管疾病颇具优势，其独特的整体观念、辨证论治以及治未病的特点在心血管治疗方面发挥着重要作用。辨证论治是中医认识和治疗疾病的特色，证候是中医辨证的对象和论治的依据，对心血管病的中医证候认识的深入研究有助于提高中医药防治心血管病的临床疗效； 在辨证论治的基础上指导临床用药；治法及药物的作用是否有效只有通过疗效才能证明。本书针对不同的心血管疾病中西医诊疗进行概括，作为临床实践的理论指导材料。
Kui-Po Yan, male, the Han nationality, CPC member, doctor of medicine, postdoctoral, master tutor, born in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province in November 1982. He is the deputy chief physician of heart center of The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of CM. He is the academic and technical leader of The Education Department of Henan Province, vice chairman of the Clinical Research Branch of Henan Association of Tradition Chinese Medicine, young member of the Professional Committee of Chinese and Western Medicine on Cardiovascular Disease, member of the Cardiology Group of the Professional Committee of Cardiovascular Disease of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine, and member of the Professional Committee of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Heart Disease of Henan Province. He has been engaged in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases by combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
闫奎坡，男，汉族， 1982 年 11 月生，河南郑州人。河南中医药大学第一附属医院心脏中心副主任医师，中共党员，医学博士，留学博士后，硕士研究生导师，河南省教育厅学术技术带头人，河南省中医药学会经方临床研究分会副主任委员，中国中西医结合心血管病专业委员会青年委员，中国中西医结合心血管病专业委员会心衰病学组委员，河南省中医心病专业委员会委员。一直从事中西医结合对心血管疾病的预防和治疗工作。
Yan-Qin Sun, female, the Han nationality, master’s degree of Internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, deputy chief physician. She works in the Department of Cardiology, The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of CM. She is a member of the Standing Committee and Secretary General of the Clinical Application Research Branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine Association of Henan Province, a member of Evidence-based Medicine Committee of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, and a member of Cardiovascular Disease Branch of Henan Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has participated in 8 national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects and published more than 20 papers.
孙彦琴，女，汉族， 1979 年 9 月生，河南郑州人。中医内科学硕士，副主任医师，河南中医药大学第一附属医院心内科，担任河南省中医药学会经方临床应用研究分会常务委员兼秘书长、河南省中西医结合循证医学专业委员会委员、河南省中医药学会心血管病分会委员。先后参与国家、省部级科研课题 8 项，发表论文二十余篇。
Rui-Hua Chen, female, the Han nationality, master’s degree of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, born in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province in September 1970. She graduated from Henan University of Chinese Medicine. In 2016, she received a doctor's degree in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine from Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is mainly engaged in the clinical research of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
陈瑞华，女，汉族， 1970 年 9 月生，河南郑州人， 2006 年毕业于河南中医药大学，获中医内科硕士学位， 2016 年于山东中医药大学获中医内科师承博士学位，主要从事中西医结合治疗心血管疾病的临床研究。
