Preface
With the rapid development of all aspects of social economy, the development speed of modern building technology in our country is also faster and faster, and the construction engineering must also move towards the green energy-saving development road to adapt to the development of modern society. Under the upsurge of national economic construction, the early construction industry has been an extensive development mode, and the typical characteristics of this period are heavy pollution, resource consumption and construction chaos. Prefabricated building is a green building with fine design, intelligent production, mechanized assembly and information integration, which can boost the supply side reform of housing industry and lead the transformation and upgrading of traditional housing industry with high-tech manufacturing mode.
At present, China’s housing industry is mainly developing in the direction of dress matching housing construction technology, and combining it with the development concept of green building. In other words, on the basis of ensuring the service life and practicability of buildings, we should try our best to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction, that is, to save energy, land, materials, etc., to minimize pollution emissions, and to create a safe, healthy, practical and beautiful residential environment for people. In the housing construction, especially in the indemnificatory housing construction, we must integrate the principle of green building into human design, and strive to realize the standardization and assembly of residential construction.

随着社会经济各方面的快速发展,我国的现代建筑技术的发展速度也越来越快,建筑工程也必须走向绿色节能的发展道路以适应现代社会的发展。在全国经济建设的热潮下,早期的建筑行业一直是粗放式的发展模式,污染大、资源消耗多和施工混乱是这一时期的典型特征。装配式建筑是以精细化设计、智能化生产、机械化总装和信息化集成的绿色建筑,可以助推住宅业供给侧改革,以高科技制造业模式引领传统住宅业的转型升级。
当前,我国住宅产业主要朝着装配式住宅建设技术的方向发展,并且将其和绿色建筑的发展理念相结合,也就是在保证建筑的使用寿命、实用性的基础之上,尽可能地做到节能减排,即节约能源、土地、材料等,尽量减少污染排放,给人们创造安全健康、实用美观的住宅环境。在住宅建设中,特别是在保障性住宅建设中一定要将绿色建筑的原则融,人设计中,努力实现住宅建设的标准化和装配化。

郑州大学建筑专业,一级、二级注册建造师。长期从事建筑工程的研究。
Bo Liu, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, senior engineer, born in Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province in February 1978. He graduated from Shandong Provincial Party School majoring in architecture engineering. In 2011, he was rated as “advanced individual of construction engineering quality supervision and management in Shandong Province” by Shandong Construction Engineering Administration Bureau, and “advanced individual in construction quality inspection” by Shandong Engineering Construction Quality Supervision and Testing Association in 2014. He participated in the preparation of three provincial construction methods.
刘波,男,汉族, 1978 年 2 月生,山东枣庄人,本科学历,高级工程师,建筑工程专业,毕业于山东省委党校。 2011 年被山东省建筑工程管理局评为“山东省建筑工程质量监督管理先进个人”, 2014 年被山东省工程建设质量监督检测协会评为“建筑工程质量检测先进个人”的称号,曾参与编写省级 3 部施工工法。
Shi-Kai Su, male, the Han nationality, master’s degree, engineer, LEED AP, WELL AP, born in Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province in December 1986. He graduated from Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology majoring in architecture technology and science in 2013. After graduation, he has been engaged in green building design consulting, energy-saving building design consulting, prefabricated building research, building energy audit and so on. He has accumulated rich experience in green building and energy-saving building, and has participated in many provincial and municipal science and technology projects. He has published many excellent papers in national academic journals.
苏士凯,男,汉族, 1986 年 12 月生,陕西西安市。 2013 年毕业于西安建筑科技大学建筑技术科学专业,硕士研究生,工程师, LEED AP, WELL AP。毕业后长期从事绿色建筑设计咨询,节能建筑设计咨询,装配式建筑研究,建筑能源审计等工作,在绿色建筑,节能建筑等方面积累了丰富的经验,先后参与多个省市科技课题。在国家级学术刊物上发表多篇优秀论文。
