Preface
Intelligent manufacturing is the central direction of the development of current manufacturing technology. Through the integration and deep fusion of manufacturing technology, information technology and artificial intelligence technology, intelligent manufacturing can carry out the analysis, judgment, reasoning, conception and decision-making of all aspects of manufacturing with the help of the manufacturing intelligence. The manufacturing intelligence is made by collecting and storing the data of the human experts during the manufacture in order to replace and extend the part of human mental work in the manufacturing environment. Therefore, the intelligent perception, intelligent learning, intelligent decision-making, intelligent control and intelligent execution in the manufacturing process, system and equipment are realized.
Mechanical manufacturing automation technology is an interdisciplinary content system. It not only includes the design and manufacture in the mechanical field, but also the control, detection, management and information processing. At the same time, mechanical manufacturing automation technology is a developing science. Therefore, in the content arrangement of this book, the attention is not only paid to the combination with the engineering application, but also the combination with the frontier of current scientific and technological development. This book strives to achieve the independence and mutual connection between its chapters in order to help the readers understand and master the basic concepts and general knowledge of the application of the technology. Then the students can gradually gain the ability to solve the practical engineering problems. 智能制造是当前制造技术的核心发展方向。智能制造通过制造技术、信息技术和人工智能技术的集成和深度融合,借助计算机收集、存储模拟人类专家的制造智能,进行制造各环节的分析、判断、推理、构思和决策,取代和延伸制造环境中人类的部分脑力劳动,实现制造过程、制造系统和制造装备的智能感知、智能学习、智能决策、智能控制与智能执行。
机械制造自动化技术是一门跨学科的内容体系,它不仅包括机械领域的设计和制造内容,而且还包括控制、检测、管理和信息处理等方面的内容,同时机械制造自动化技术又是一门不断发展的学科。因此,本书在内容的编排上,既注重与工程应用相结合,又注重与当前科技发展的前沿相结合,着力做到各章节内容的独立与相互衔接,以利于读者了解和掌握其基本概念和应用常识,逐步培养学生解决工程实际问题的能力。 放眼望去, 机械制造自动化和智能制造技术定能创造出新的辉煌,但是由于受各种原因的制约还没有发挥出机械制造自动化和智能制造应有的作用,相信广大的有志于改善国家制造业落后局面的人才,能够从本书中汲取到有用的知识,并不断解决制造业中存在的问题,这也是本书作者对制造业新未来的期盼。
Wei-Bo Sun, male, the Han nationality, born in November 1972 in Weifang City, Shandong Province. He graduated from Shandong University with a bachelor’s degree, a master’s qualification and a senior engineer majoring in Mechatronics. He currently works at Goertek Co., Ltd. as a technical planning management expert, responsible for product and technical planning, standard system architecture, product and technical platform construction, and intelligent equipment design standardization and modularization. He was responsible for the R&D and R&D management of Weichai Power Co., Ltd., Sany Heavy Industry and other large enterprises. He obtained 1 national scientific and technological promotion achievement, 45 provincial, group, and company-level scientific and technological achievements, 18 patents, and published core journal papers 4 articles.
孙卫波,男,汉族, 1972 年 11 月生,山东潍坊人,山东大学机电一体化专业,本科学历,硕士学位,高级工程师,现就职于歌尔股份有限公司,技术规划管理专家,负责产品与技术规划,标准体系架构,产品与技术平台建设,智能装备设计标准化模块化推广。曾负责潍柴动力股份,三一重工等大型企业的研发及研发管理工作,获得国家科技推广成果 1 项,省、集团、公司级科技成果 45 项,专利 18 项,发表核心期刊论文 4 篇。
Jie Wang, male, the Han nationality, was born in December 1986 in Nanyang City, Henan Province, bachelor’s degree, and graduated from China Central Radio and Television University (renamed The Open University of China). He is mainly engaged in the research of gas cylinder valves, fire-fighting valves, cryogenic valves and gas valves. When he was working on the valve project, he was awarded the title of “Excellent Engineer” and “Excellent Employee” many times, and published many papers on valve technology in domestic magazines.
王杰,男,汉族, 1986 年 12 月生,河南南阳人,本科学历,毕业于中央广播电视大学,主要从事气瓶阀门、消防阀门、超低温阀以及燃气用阀门的研究工作。在担任阀门项目工作中,多次荣获“优秀工程师”、“优秀员工”称号,在国内杂志发表多篇关于阀门技术相关论文。
Qiu-Xia Xue, female, the Han nationality, born in August 1982 in Heze City, Shandong Province, engineer, bachelor’s degree. She graduated from Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology. In June 2014, she participated in the “Development and Application of Light Oil Recovery Equipment” project developed by Heze Huawang High Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd., and won the third prize in August 2016. She once published “Discussion on the Installation and Test of Pressure Piping of Ammonia Refrigeration System”, “Discussion on Several Issues of Pressure Piping Design and Installation” and other works. The design product has an excellent rate of 100%; the standards meet the requirements of the current national standards.
薛秋霞,女,汉族, 1982 年 8 月生,山东菏泽人,本科学历,山东商业职业技术学院,工程师, 2014 年 6 月参加菏泽市花王高压容器有限公司研制的“轻质油回收设备的研制与应用”项目,于 2016 年 8 月荣获三等奖;曾发表《探讨氨制冷系统压力管道的安装与试验》《压力管道设计安装若干问题探讨》等作品。设计成品优良率100%;采用标准符合国家现行标准要求。
