Preface
The level of urbanization is an important symbol of the degree of modernization of a country. With the development of economy, China’s urbanization construction is steadily advancing. The accelerated development of urbanization in China has brought great development space and unprecedented development opportunities to the construction industry. In recent years, the high-speed railway, intercity railway, expressway, urban rail transit, municipal infrastructure, urban transformation, large-scale housing construction and other infrastructure construction related to urbanization show a trend of sustained and rapid development. The development of metropolitan areas, urban agglomerations, urban belts and central cities indicates the rapid take-off of China’s urbanization process, the arrival of a broader market for the construction industry, and a great opportunity for the construction water supply and drainage industry.
However, in the construction of building water supply and drainage, often due to the use of materials do not meet the quality standards, or the construction is not standardized, causing a series of quality risks, to the daily life of residents inconvenience. Building water supply and drainage system as a vital part of the building, its quality is directly related to the quality of the whole building, has a direct impact on the user experience. With the development of the construction industry, the building water supply and drainage industry is also developing, and will gradually innovate and develop in a long period of time. Therefore, it is very necessary to strengthen the research on the development trend of building water supply and drainage technology. Here we first briefly introduce the building water supply and drainage system, and analyze the current situation and development trend of building water supply and drainage technology in China.

城市化水平是一个国家现代化程度的重要标志,随着经济的发展,我国城市化建设在不断地稳步推进。中国城市化的加速发展,给建筑业带来了巨大的发展空间和前所未有的发展机遇。近年来,与城市化相关联的高速铁路、城际铁路、高速公路、城市轨道交通、市政基础设施、城市改造、大型房屋建筑等基础设施建设显现出持续高速发展的趋势。都市圈、城市群、城市带和中心城市的发展预示了中国城市化进程的高速起飞,也预示了建筑业更广阔的市场的到来,更是建筑给排水行业的一大机遇。
然而,在建筑给排水施工中常常由于使用的材料不符合质量标准,或者是施工不规范,引发一系列的质量隐患,给居民的日常生活带来不便。建筑给排水系统作为建筑物中至关重要的一部分,其质量的好坏直接关系着整个建筑的质量,对用户体验有着直接的影响。随着建筑业的发展,建筑给排水行业也在不断发展,而且将会在一个较长时期内逐步地创新和发展,因此加强对建筑给排水技术的发展趋势的研究是十分必要的。下面我们首先对建筑给排水系统进行简要介绍,并对我国建筑给排水技术的现状及发展趋势进行分析。
Min Guo, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, deputy senior engineer, first class registered constructor (municipal), registered safety engineer, born in Jinan City, Shandong Province in August 1969. He graduated from Shandong University majored in water conservancy engineering. He is now working in Jinan Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd. and serves as the project manager. He is responsible for the construction of the project site. He is mainly responsible for the construction of roads, bridges, municipal works and drainage works.
郭民,男,汉族, 1969 年 8 月生,山东济南人,本科学历,副高级工程师,一级注册建造师(市政),注册安全工程师, 1993 年毕业于山东大学水利工程系。现在济南城建集团有限公司工作,任项目经理,负责项目现场施工。主要负责道路,桥梁,市政,排水工程施工。
Jun Fan, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Wuhan City, Hubei Province in June 1979. Since 2003, he has been in charge of engineering design, construction technology, quality, cost and operation. In September, 2014, he obtained the national first-class certified construction engineer qualification certificate, in May 2015, he obtained the national certified supervision engineer qualification certificate, in December 2016, he won the title of senior engineer of Hubei Province Construction Engineering Technology series water supply and drainage specialty, and in September 2017, he won the award of the second construction project cost skills competition in Wuhan.
范俊,男,汉族, 1979 年 6 月生,湖北武汉人,本科学历。 2003 年参加工作以来,一直在单位负责工程设计、施工技术、质量、造价及经营等管理工作。 2014 年 9 月获得国家一级注册建造师执业资格证, 2015 年 5 月获得国家注册监理工程师执业资格证, 2016 年 12 月获得湖北省建筑工程技术系列给排水专业高级工程师职称, 2017年 9 月获得武汉市第二届建设工程造价技能大赛优胜奖。
Liang-Dong Liao, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, engineer, born in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province in June 1977. He graduated from Nanchang Institute of Technology. His research direction is housing construction. He is engaged in the construction and supervision of housing construction, municipal administration, transportation and water conservancy. He has published two papers and one monograph, and obtained the certificate of national registered first-class constructor, registered supervision engineer and registered fake engineer.
廖良栋,男,汉族, 1977 年 6 月生,江西赣州人,毕业于南昌工程学院,本科学历,工程师,研究方向为房屋建筑方面,从事工作:房屋建筑,市政,交通水利专业的施工,监理等工作。曾发表论文两篇,专著一篇,考取了国家注册一级建造师证,注
册监理工程师,注册造价工程师等证书。
