With the development of the construction industry, advanced construction technology emerges constantly. The application of new technology can not only improve the quality of the project, but also shorten the construction period. Added with the standardized supervision work, it can better promote the implementation and effect verification of new construction technology. The relationship between engineering supervision and construction technology is a kind of mutual dependence and support. Construction practitioners must realize the importance of the innovation of engineering supervision and construction technology. They should not only do well in supervision, but also constantly seek for innovation in construction technology so as to effectively improve the economic and social benefits of construction projects.
At the same time, the overall level of the construction industry is improving gradually. More and more advanced construction technology and crafts are introduced into the construction process which leads to the situation that traditional engineering supervision mode gradually becomes unable to meet the needs of current engineering supervision. If the construction supervision wants to maximize its effect on construction process, more attention should be paid to the innovation of construction technology, adjustment of the supervision process and improvement of supervision system in order to strengthen the supervision and guarantee the construction project an improving quality.
Driven by the social economy, architectural engineering supervision and construction technology have attracted the public attention. But most of the public only realize that construction technology plays an important role in the development of architectural engineering and ignore the fact that architectural engineering supervision and construction technology mutually promote each other. With the rapid development of society, China’s demand for the construction technology and supervision of architectural engineering is gradually increasing which imposes stricter requirement. If the construction industry wants to carve out a space in this era of efficient development, it is imperative to strengthen the construction technology and supervision of architectural engineering, which also provide effective guarantee for the construction quality.

随着建筑行业的发展,先进的施工技术不断涌现,新技术的应用不仅可以提高工程质量,还可以缩短施工工期,再加上规范的监理工作,就能更好地促进施工新技术的实施和效果验证。工程监理和施工技术之间是一种相互依赖、相互支持的关系,建筑从业人员必须认识到工程监理与施工技术创新的重要性,不仅要做好监理工作,还要不断对施工技术进行创新,进而有效提升建筑工程的经济效益与社会效益。
同时建筑工程行业的整体水平逐渐提高,越来越多的先进施工技术与工艺被引入建筑工程建设过程中,传统的工程监理工作模式已经逐渐无法满足当下的工程监理需求,且显现出不足之处。要想在最大程度上发挥建筑工程监理的作用,建议关注工程技术的创新,调整监理工作过程,优化监理体系,以此加强监理力度,为提升建筑工程建设质量提供有力保障。
在社会经济的带动下,建筑工程监理和施工技术,受到了广大群众的关注,但是,当前大部分的群众,还只意识到施工技术对建筑工程的发展起着非常重要的作用,却忽略了建筑工程监理与施工技术,二者之间是相互促进的作用。随着社会的迅猛发展,我国对建筑工程的施工技术与建筑工程监理需求也逐步增加,提出了更加严格的要求,若想使建筑行业在这个高效发展的时代占据一席之地,那么,加强建筑工程监理与施工技术,是势在必行的,同时也是为建筑质量提供有效的保障。
Hong-Bo Yu, male, the Han nationality, was born in September 1982 in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. He graduated from Northwestern Polytechnical University with a bachelor's degree. He is currently a senior engineer in Ningbo Branch of Zhejiang Jingjian Project Manage Co., Ltd. He is mainly engaged in construction project supervision. He has served as a chief engineer for a long time and has rich experience in construction project management.
余洪波,男,汉族, 1982 年 9 月生,浙江宁波人,毕业于西北工业大学,本科学历,现任职于浙江经建工程管理有限公司宁波分公司,高级工程师,主要从事建设工程监理工作,长期担任总监理工程师职务,有着丰富的建设工程管理经验。
Liu-Ji Xu, male, the Han nationality, was born in February 1984 in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. He graduated from Central South University of Forestry and Technology with a bachelor’s degree. At present, he works in Beijing Urban Construction Design & Development Group Co. Limited and takes the overall position of Zhengzhou rail transit line 12 Construction undertaken by the company. From 2016 to 2020, he has won many honorary titles such as excellent designer, advanced teacher and apprentice, company level advanced individual, excellent project leader, etc. His BIM forward design of Zhengzhou rail transit line 12 children's Hospital Station won the third prize of Beijing survey and design.
许留记,男,汉族, 1984 年 2 月生,河南郑州人,本科学历,毕业于中南林业科技大学,现就职于北京城建设计发展集团股份有限公司,担任该公司承担的郑州市轨道交通 12 号线建筑总体职务,在 2016~2020 年间多次获得优秀设计人,先进师带徒,公司级先进个人,优秀项目负责人称号,个人设计的郑州市轨道通 12 号线儿童医院站 BIM 正向设计获得北京市勘察设计三等奖。
Liang-Wu Ning, male, the Han nationality, first-level registered construction engineer, first-level cost engineer, registered supervision engineer, senior professional title. He was born in Linyi City, Shandong Province in November 1970. He graduated from Shanghai Institute of Building Materials Industry (now Tongji University) with a bachelor’s degree. He currently works in Shandong Huatai Construction Group Co., Ltd. as the chief engineer. He is an expert in the Shandong Provincial Government Procurement Expert Database and an expert in the Comprehensive Evaluation Expert Database of Shandong Public Resources Trading Center. He has participated in the construction management of a number of large-scale projects and created a number of high-quality projects, such as the “Taishan Cup”. He has certain accomplishments in engineering construction and cost management.
宁良武,男,汉族, 1970 年 11 月生,山东临沂人,本科学历,毕业于上海建筑材料工业学院。现就职于山东华泰建设集团有限公司,任总工程师职务。一级注册建造师、一级造价工程师、注册监理工程师,高级职称。山东省政府采购专家库专家、山东省公共资源交易中心综合评审专家库专家。 参予多项大型工程施工管理, 创“泰山杯”等精品工程多项,在工程施工、造价管理方面有一定的造诣。
