Feng-Ling Shi, female, the Han nationality, born in Alxa League, Inner Mongolia in July 1970. She graduated from Inner Mongolia Agricultural University with a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. She is a senior engineer and senior vocational qualifications assessor of Inner Mongolia transportation industry and now working at Inner Mongolia Alxa League Highway Administration. She has published more than ten papers in autonomous regions/national journals and won awards, including Exploration of Key Points for Construction and Acceptance Quality Control of Highway Subgrade Engineering, Influence Factors and Control Measures for Asphalt Concrete Pavement Smoothness and Strength Formation and Shrinkage Characteristics of Semi-Rigid Base Material.
石凤玲,女,汉族,1970年7月出生,内蒙古阿拉善盟人,高级工程师,大学本科学历,毕业于内蒙古农业大学土木工程专业,是内蒙古自治区交通运输行业职业资格高级考评员,现就职于内蒙古阿拉善盟公路管理局。有十多篇论文在自治区和国家级刊物上发表并获奖,其中专业论文代表作有《公路路基工程施工及验收质量控制要点探索》《沥青混凝土路面平整度的影响因素及控制措施》和《半刚性基层材料的强度形成和缩裂特性》。
