Preface

前言

随着我国社会经济的飞速发展,我国民众对于生活质量越来越关注,对于居住地区周边生活环境的要求标准也随之增加。在这样的时代背景之下,就对我国建筑行业提出了新的要求标准,建筑工程项目质量是整个建筑工程的核心内容,通过加强建筑工程质量管理工作能够有效提高建筑工程施工单位的社会口碑以及经济效益,同时还能够有效保障民众的生命安全。

因此,本书从六章内容对建筑施工与质量检测进行详细的阐述与分析,内容全面。对于我国建筑工程施工单位来说,必须要加强对于工程项目施工质量的管理控制工作,将其中存在的问题进行相应的改进,借此有效提高建筑工程项目的施工质量,有效促进我国建筑行业的进一步发展。

Xi-Liang Cao, male, the Han nationality, born in Jiande City of Zhejiang Province in July 1982. He graduated from Hebei University of Engineering majoring in agricultural water conservancy engineering. He is a senior engineer and now working at Sinohydro Bureau 12 Co., Ltd. He has been engaged in water conservancy, municipal project, highway engineering quality control research for a long time, and is familiar with performance testing and quality inspection of raw materials and semi-finished products, and chemical composition analysis of building materials. He has presided over the research on the application of strongly weathered coarse-grained granite and anti-cracking of concrete panel, and participated in the preparation of "Evaluating Standard for Quality of Thermal Power Engineering" issued by the National Energy Administration, and participated in the 2013 Central Enterprise Employee Skills Competition Building Materials Tester Final on behalf of Power Construction Corporation of China.


曹希良,男,汉族,1982年7月出生,浙江建德人,河北工程学院农业水利工程专业,高级工程师,现任职于中国水利水电第十二工程局有限公司。长期从事水利、市政、公路工程质量控制研究,熟悉原材料及半成品性能试验与质量检测、建筑材料化学成份分析研究等。曾主持强风化粗粒花岗岩应用研究、面板混凝土防裂研究等课题,参与编写国家能源局发布的《火电工程质量评价标准》,代表中国电建参加2013年中央企业职工技能大赛建筑材料试验工决赛。
