Obstetrics and gynecology is the most vulnerable department in all departments of the hospital because of its high work complexity. Because the work content of obstetrics and gynecology is special, it is to care for pregnant women and newborns. Therefore, in the hospital hardware facilities are not perfect and obstetrics and gynecology management is not strict, a variety of factors that induce unsafe events will surface and cause harm to pregnant women and newborns.
         Nursing is a science that studies how to diagnose and deal with human reactions to existing or potential health problems. With the progress and development of medical science and technology, the improvement of living standards, the people's requirements for medical services are also rising. For the development of nursing discipline, it is a time when opportunities and challenges coexist. The relevant theoretical basis of nursing and more humanistic nursing methods and technologies emerge in endlessly, the purpose is to better serve patients. In view of the progress of nursing in recent years, in order to better improve the nursing level of clinical medical staff, this book is specially compiled to provide reference for the majority of clinical medical staff. 前 言

产科因其高工作繁琐程度而成为医院所有科室中最容易出现不安全事件的科室，因为妇产科工作内容比较特殊，是对孕妇进行护理并且对新生儿进行照顾。故而，在医院硬件设施不完善且妇产科管理不严格的情况下，多种诱发不安全事件的因素便会浮出水面并且对孕妇以及新生儿造成危害。
        护理是一门研究如何诊断和处理人类对存在的或潜在的健康问题反应的科学。随着医学科技的进步与发展， 生活水平的提高， 人民对医护服务的要求也不断提升，对护理学科的发展而言，正是机遇与挑战并存的时刻。护理学的相关理论基础以及更多人性化的护理方法技术层出不穷，目的则是为了更好地服务患者。本编委会鉴于护理学近年来的进展，为了更好地提高临床医护人员的护理水平，特编写此书，为广大临床医护人员提供参考。书中对每个涉及的疾病都进行了详细叙述，包括疾病的介绍、护理评估、护理要点、护理目标、护理问题、护理措施、注意事项以及对患者的健康教育等，内容丰富，重点强调临床实用价值。
