Construction technology management mainly uses management function and scientific methods to promote the development of technical work. The construction process is in strict accordance with national policies and laws and regulations and a good technical order is set up in order to achieve the full completion of construction tasks with high quality. Therefore, technology and economy, speed of progress and quality are harmoniously unified. Technology management is to use advanced and reasonable method of construction to transform scientific technology into productivity so as to guarantee the construction quality fundamentally. It also benefit the education and cultivation of new technology, new methods and construction personnel, which continuously improve the construction technical quality and benefit the maximization of construction scheme and resources. Therefore, production efficiency is improved and cost is reduced and then promote the improvement of production technology level.
The construction technology management of bridge engineering is the important content of bridge engineering management, which affects the implementation of engineering technical specifications and technical standards and the quality of the project. Based on the introduction of the construction technology management of bridge engineering, the paper puts forward the implementing of the relevant specifications, standards and systems of bridge engineering construction technology, establishing construction technology management organization, collecting and sorting out construction technical data, implementing construction management system and other measures to improve the construction technology management level. Taking the construction of bored pile, the fabrication and installation of beam and slab, and the deck pavement as an example, their technical managements are analyzed. The practice shows that taking effective construction technology management measures is helpful to realize the quality and benefit of bridge engineering.

施工技术管理工作主要是运用管理职能和科学的方法,去促进技术工作的开展,在施工过程中严格按照国家政策和法律法规,建立良好的技术秩序,以达到高质量的全面完成施工任务,从而使技术与经济、 进度与质量和谐统一。技术管理是采用先进合理的施工坊法将科学技术转化成生产力,从根本上保证施工质量,有利于新技术、新方法和施工人员的教育培养,不断提高施工技术素质,有利于施工方案和资源的最大化配置,以提高生产效率、降低成本,从而促使生产技术水平再提高。
桥梁工程施工技术管理工作属于桥梁工程管理的重要内容,影响着工程技术规范及技术标准落实及工程质量。在概述桥梁工程施工技术管理的基础上,提出贯彻执行桥梁工程施工技术相关规范、标准及制度,成立施工技术管理机构,收集与整理施工技术资料,落实施工管理制度等措施,提高施工技术管理水平。并以钻孔灌注桩施工、梁板制作及安装、桥面铺装为例,对其技术管理工作进行分析。实践证明,采取有效的施工技术管理措施,有助于实现桥梁工程质量及效益。
Bao-Rong Yang, female, the Han nationality, born in April 1974 in Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province. She graduated from Shandong Jiaotong University and now works in the Highway Development Center of Shizhong District, Zaozhuang City. The research direction is traffic engineering of roads and bridges. She won the Provincial QC Outstanding Achievement Award in 2007, the National QC Outstanding Achievement Award in 2008, and the Advanced Individual of “Women Contributions” by the Shandong Provincial Department of Communications in 2009. From 2011 to 2015, she was awarded the title of “Highway Pacemaker” by Zaozhuang Highway Administration for 4 consecutive years.
杨宝荣,女,汉族, 1974 年 4 月生,山东枣庄人,毕业于山东交通学院,现就职于枣庄市市中区公路事业发展中心,研究方向为交通工程道路与桥梁。 2007 年获得省级 QC 成果优秀奖, 2008 年获得国家级 QC 成果优秀奖, 2009 年获得山东省交通厅“巾帼建功”先进个人, 2011 年-2015 年连续 4 年获得枣庄市公路管理局“公路标兵”称号等。
