Hong-Xun Liu, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Dezhou City, Shandong Province in October 1970. She graduated from China Agricultural University majoring in farmland water conservancy project in 2007. She is now a deputy senior engineer. She presided over the project “Research on the development and utilization of groundwater in Linyi County” and won the third prize of Shandong water conservancy science and technology progress award.
刘洪汛,女,汉族, 1970 年 10 月生,山东德州人。 2007 年毕业于中国农业大学的农田水利工程专业,本科学历。现任副高级工程师。主持《临邑县地下水开发利用研究》项目,获山东省水利科技进步奖三等奖。
Ming Ma, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province in December 1987. He graduated from Nanjing Artillery Academy majoring in surveying and mapping engineering. He is now working as an engineer in Jiangsu Province Engineering Investigation and Research Institute Co., Ltd. He is mainly engaged in water conservancy and hydropower engineering quality inspection, surveying and mapping engineering, construction management and engineering safety appraisal. He has presided over or participated in the third-party inspection and deformation monitoring of many large and medium-sized water conservancy projects, as well as the safety appraisal of reservoir dam, water conservancy construction, waterway and other projects.
马明,男,汉族, 1987 年 12 月生,江苏扬州人,毕业于南京炮兵学院测绘工程专业,本科学历,现于江苏省工程勘测研究院有限责任公司工作,工程师,主要从事水利水电工程质量检测、测绘工程、施工管理及工程安全鉴定工作。曾主持或参与了多项大、中型水利项目工程第三方检测、变形监测及水库大坝、水利建筑、航道等项目安全鉴定工作。
Bin Lu, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, engineer, born in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province in September 1984. He has been engaged in the construction of water conservancy projects for many years, and now works in Donghai Water Affairs Bureau. He has participated in the construction and management of many sewage treatment plant upgrading and reconstruction projects.
鲁彬,男,汉族, 1984 年 9 月生,江苏连云港人,本科学历,工程师。多年从事水利工程施工建设,现就职于东海县水务局,曾参与多项污水处理厂提标改造工程建设管理工作。
