Water conservancy project can scientifically develop and utilize water resources. It can not only promote the progress of society, but also realize the comprehensive management of ecosystem, so as to realize the harmony and win-win between man and nature. However, in the actual construction process of water conservancy project, the whole is often easily affected by many factors. Therefore, scientific management of water conservancy project is necessary to ensure the normal progress of the project. In today’s era, all kinds of natural resources have great development potential, which is an important force to promote social development and progress. Water conservancy construction is an important part of natural environment development and utilization. Good water resources development can better facilitate people’s life, and can also play a certain role in regulating the ecological environment. However, there are many problems in the process of water conservancy project management. In order to better guarantee the quality of water conservancy project, we must optimize and coordinate the management of water conservancy project in combination with the actual needs of the project.
Water conservancy project construction is generally a large-scale project, which requires more capital investment. There are more engineering and technical personnel involved in the construction. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the construction management in the construction process. 水利项目可以对水利资源进行科学的开发和利用,它不但可以促进社会的进步,还能实现对生态系统的综合治理,从而实现人与自然的和谐共赢。然而,在水利项目的实际施工过程中,整体往往容易受到多方面因素的影响,因此,必须对水利项目进行科学的管理,从而保障项目的正常进行。当今时代,各类自然资源拥有巨大的开发潜力,是推进社会发展进步的重要力量,水利建设是自然环境开发利用的重要组成部分,良好的水力资源开发可以更好地便利人们的生活,同时还能对生态环境起到一定的调节作用,但是,目前的水利工程项目管理过程中往往存在诸多问题,为了更好地保障水利工程项目的工程质量,必须结合工程的实际需求,对水利项目的管理工作进行优化和协调。
水利工程建设一般属于大型工程,需要较多的资金投入,参与施工的工程技术人员比较多,工程施工中的技术难度较大,在施工过程中必须着重注意施工管理工作,因此,想要确保水利建设工程项目的顺利进行,就要对施工过程进行科学规范的管理。因此,作者希望通过此书提高水利工程项目管理水平,为从业者提供帮助。
Shi-Guo Qi, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Qufu City, Shandong Province in March 1986. He graduated from Shandong Agricultural University majoring in electrification. His research direction is water conservancy engineering project management. He is now the deputy director of the comprehensive management post of Jining Administration Bureau of the East Route of the South to North Water Diversion Project. He participated in the construction and management of the two survey sections of the first phase of the east line of the South to North Water Diversion Project, and was familiar with water conservancy projects, installation and maintenance of large pumping station equipment. He has won the third prize of Shandong water conservancy industry vocational skills competition and excellent Communist Party members directly under the Water Conservancy Department.
齐士国,男,汉族, 1986 年 3 月生,山东省曲阜人,毕业于山东农业大学,电气化专业,大学本科学历。研究方向:水利工程项目管理。现任南水北调东线山东干线济宁管理局综合管理岗副主管,参与南水北调东线一期两测段工程建设管理工作,熟悉水利工程,大型泵站设备的安装,检修工作。曾获山东省水利行业职业技能竞赛三等奖,水利厅直属优秀共产党员等奖励。
Yue Zhang, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province in August 1974. She graduated from North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power. She has been engaged in the Yellow River water conservancy project management for a long time. She has made outstanding contributions to the project management, planning and design and the construction and management of water conservancy scenic spots. Her research direction is water conservancy engineering management. She has presided over two key projects, won national excellent research reports, won many honors such as “advanced individual of Yellow River project management” of Yellow River Commission, advanced individual of Yellow River Science and Technology and “Digital Yellow River” of Henan bureau.
张玥,女,汉族, 1974 年 8 月生,河南郑州人 。本科学历,毕业于华北水利水电学院。长期从事黄河水利工程管理工作,研究方向水利工程管理,在工程管理、规划设计及水利风景区建设管理等方面作出突出贡献。曾主持两项重点课题获得全国优秀调研报告;获得黄委“黄河工程管理先进个人”、河南局黄河科技与“数字黄河”先进个人等多项荣誉。
Jia-Xin Xu, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Hefei City, Anhui Province in April 1970. He graduated from Hefei University of Technology. Now he works as the senior engineer in Anhui Jiakai Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. He has long been engaged in the study, research and practice of water conservancy engineering construction and housing construction engineering. As the first group of experts of Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission, he has presided over and led a number of provincial and ministerial projects, and published many papers.
许家新,男,汉族, 1970 年 4 月生,安徽合肥人。毕业于合肥工业大学,本科学历。现就职于安徽嘉开工程项目管理有限公司,高级工程师;长期从事水利工程建设,房屋建筑工程等方面学习、研究和实践。作为安徽省发改委第一批专家,曾主持、
主导多项省部以上课题,并发表多篇论文。
