随着现代化进程的加快，我国建筑装饰业也迅速发展，尽快培养建筑装饰专业高素质的设计、施工、管理人才，已经成为建筑装饰业健康发展的关键。本书适应高等职业技术教育人才培养目标的需要，按照培训高级应用型人才的方法和原则，在理论与实践紧密结合的基础上，紧紧围绕建筑装饰工程项目的管理与预算需要，对其进行详细的讲解。

Jin-Hui Wu, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, CPC member, senior engineer, national first grade registered constructor, Hebei Province bid evaluation expert, born in Baoding City, Hebei Province in October 1974. He graduated from Hebei University of Architecture in 1998. He has presided over the construction management of more than ten large-scale key construction projects at national and provincial levels, and many of them have been awarded Luban Prize and provincial excellent project; he published nearly 20 professional papers; as the first draftsman, he presided over and completed the national secondary construction method “construction method of dry hanging ceramic panel curtain wall”, which was compiled by the Ministry of Construction into the compilation of civil construction national construction methods (2005-2006) and published and put into practice.
吴金辉，男，汉族， 1974 年 10 月生，河北省保定人， 1998 年毕业于河北建筑工程学院，本科学历，中共党员，高级工程师，国家一级注册建造师，河北省评标专家，主持了国家、省市十余个大型重点建设项目施工管理工作，其中多个项目被评为鲁班奖、省优工程；公开发表专业论文近 20 篇，作为第一起草人，主持完成的国家二级工法《干挂陶瓷板幕墙施工工法》，由建设部编入《土木建筑国家级工法汇编》（2005～2006 年度）公布实施并用于实践。
Hong-Xing Ma, male, the Han nationality, master’s degree, born in Shihezi City, Xinjiang in April 1981. He is mainly engaged in the management of construction projects. In recent years, a number of projects presided over by him have won the national and provincial civilized construction site and quality cup (Tianshan Cup and Kunlun Cup).
麻虹星，男，汉族， 1981 年 4 月出生，新疆石河子人，研究生学历。主要从事建筑工程管理工作，近年本人主持的多个项目获得国家级、省级文明工地及质量杯（天山杯、昆仑杯）。
Yan-Qiang Yu, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Yantai City, Shandong Province in November 1985. He graduated from Shandong Technology and Business University. He is an engineer and senior manager of Jinan Joy City Industrial Development Co., Ltd. He has long been engaged in the construction and management of residential engineering, comprehensive office building, large-scale commercial complex and other construction formats. He is familiar with the construction technology and process of civil engineering, installation engineering, hardcover engineering and intelligent engineering, and has a deep understanding and research on prefabricated building, BIM, green energy saving and other professional fields.
于延强，男，汉族， 1985 年 11 月生，山东烟台人，毕业于山东工商学院，本科学历。现任职于济南大悦城产业发展有限公司，工程师、资深经理。长期从事住宅工程、综合办公楼、大型商业综合体等建筑业态的施工及管理工作，熟悉土木工程、安装工程、精装工程、智能化工程的施工工艺和流程，对装配式建筑、 BIM、绿色节能等专业领域也有深刻的理解和研究。
