With the rapid development of China’s national economy and the acceleration of urbanization and motorization, the traffic demand is growing rapidly, and the traffic problems are becoming more and more serious, mainly in road traffic congestion, traffic disorder, traffic accidents, serious environmental pollution caused by traffic and many other aspects. At present, the traffic problem has become a restricting factor for the social and economic development and the improvement of people’s living standards, and people pay more and more attention to the traffic problem.
This book summarizes and absorbs the latest research results and practical experience of transportation system planning, design and management at home and abroad in recent years. 随着我国国民经济的高速发展及城镇化、机动化进展的加快,交通需求迅速增长,交通问题日趋严重,主要表现在道路交通拥挤、交通秩序混乱、交通事故增多、交通引起的环境污染严重等诸多方面。目前,交通问题已成为社会经济发展、人民生活水平提高的一个制约因素,交通问题已越来越受到人们的重视。
本书总结与吸收了国内外近年来交通系统规划、设计与管理的最新研究成果和实践经验。考虑到交通工程学科综合性、系统性、交叉性、动态性的特点,书中注重交通工程基本概念、基本理论及基本方法的阐述,并概要介绍国内外交通工程研究的最新动态。本书主要特色包括:

Quan-Min Shi, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Zhoukou City, Henan Province in March 1980. She graduated from Henan Polytechnic University. Her main works include the completion of the projects: “research and application of urban road construction quality management” and “research on stress of concrete bridge under different support conditions”, all of which won the first prize of Zhoukou science and technology progress award. In 2015, she was rated as “Excellent Communist Party member”; in 2017, she was rated as “advanced worker”; in 2018, she was rated as “Excellent Communist Party member”; and in 2019, she was rated as “excellent experimental engineer”.
施全敏,女,汉族, 1980 年 3 月生,河南周口人,本科学历。毕业于河南理工大学,本科学历。主要作品完成课题《城市道路施工质量管理研究及应用》、《不同支撑条件下混凝土桥梁受力研究》均获周口市科学技术进步一等奖。 2015 年评为”优秀共产党员; 2017 年评为先进工作者; 2018 年评为优秀共产党员; 2019 年优秀试验工程师。
