Preface
In recent years, with the increasing investment in power infrastructure projects in China, we must implement effective management of complex infrastructure business through information system. The enterprise resource planning (ERP) is an advanced management idea, which focuses on organization model, business process, enterprise rules and regulations, information technology, etc.
Power engineering management is an important part of the management of power enterprises in our country, and it plays an indispensable role in the power system. The management of electric power projects has an important influence on the economic benefits of the main body of project investment and the construction enterprises. In recent years, with the implementation of our country’s sustainable development strategy, the construction of power engineering projects has gradually increased. For China’s power grid, under the premise of ensuring the improvement of the power grid system and power supply quality, the reasonable cost control can not only improve China’s economic level, but also help China’s power grid system to be more mature and perfect. At present, the high project cost is largely due to the unscientific and unreasonable management mode of power grid system. Therefore, if we want to control the project cost, we should start from the perspective of management.
前 言
近些年来，伴随着我国在电力基建工程上投资的日趋增加，我们必须要通过信息系统，来对繁杂的基建业务实施有效的管理。而企业资源计划，它是集中了组织模型、业务流程、企业规章制度以及信息技术等，其在管理思想上比较先进。
电力工程管理是我国电力企业管理工作的重要组成部分，在电力系统中发挥不可或缺的作用。电力工程管理工作对工程投资主体的经济利益、施工企业的经济效益有着重要的影响。近年来，随着我国可持续发展战略的实施，电力工程项目的建设也逐渐增多。对于我国电网而言，在保障电网体系的完善和供电质量的前提下，最大限度地合理控制造价成本，这不但能够提升我国的经济水平，而且有助于我国电网体系更加成熟完善。当前，工程造价过高很大程度上是因为电网体系的管理模式不科学不合理，因此若要对工程造价进行控制，那么就应当从管理这一角度来着手解决。
Yan-Ni Yang, female, the Han nationality, born in August 1981, graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University with a bachelor’s degree. She serves as the head nurse and nurse in charge of Cardiac DSA in Xi’an International Medical Center Hospital. She has long been engaged in nursing work related to interventional surgery in cardiology. She has systematic and comprehensive professional theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience. She has published 3 papers as the first author. She is currently a member of the Internal Medicine Committee of Shaanxi Nursing Society. She used to work in Xijing Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University. She has been rated as a hospital-level “advanced individual” for many times due to her outstanding work ability and excellent performance, and was elected as a “hospital-level training instructor”.
杨艳妮，女，汉族， 1981 年 8 月生，毕业于西安交通大学，本科学历，西安国际医学中心医院心脏 DSA 护士长，主管护师，长期从事心脏内科介入手术相关护理工作，具有系统全面的专业理论知识和丰富的实践经验，以第一作者发表论文 3 篇，现任陕西省护理学会内科专委会委员。 曾就职于第四军医大学第一附属医院-西京医院，因工作能力突出、成绩优异，多次被评为院级“先进个人”，当选为“院级培训教员”。
Xiao-Na Zhang, female, the Han nationality, born in Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province in April 1981. She graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University. She is the head nurse and nurse in charge of the second ward of cardiology department of Xi’an International Medical Centre Hospital. She worked in the third ward of cardiology department of Xijing Hospital Air Force Medical University. She is mainly engaged in: congenital heart disease, coronary heart disease, radiofrequency ablation, pacemaker perioperative nursing and nursing of patients with heart failure. She is currently a member of the Elderly Nursing Special Committee of Shaanxi Nursing Association. She once served as the teaching group leader, the responsible group leader and the college level training teacher. She has published two papers as the first author, including one in the source journal and two in the conference.
张小娜，女，汉族， 1981 年 4 月生，陕西西安人，毕业于西安交通大学，西安国际医学中心医院心脏内科二病区护士长，主管护师，于空军军医大学西京医院心脏内科三病区工作十七年。主要从事：先天性心脏病、冠心病、射频消融术、起搏器围手术期护理及心衰患者护理。目前是陕西省护理学会老年护理专委会委员。曾担任教学组长、责任组长、院级培训教员。曾以第一作者发表论文 2 篇，其中统计源期刊一篇，会议论文 2 篇。
