目前,随着中国的不断更新的建筑材料和建筑结构更加完善,我国的施工技术也在不断创新和发展,所以为现代建筑工程的发展创造了有利条件。随着我国经济快速的发展,建筑行业也迎来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。在这种背景下,也逐渐意识到现代化施工技术本身。此外建设项目本身是生产要素,与现实,问题会反映在建筑面积建设项目。所以 有效的建设项目管理有助于提高建设项目的综合效益。

Bao-Jie Guo, male, the Han nationality, senior engineer, first grade constructor, born in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province in June 1966. He graduated from Beijing Agricultural University majored in agricultural buildings and environmental engineering. He is now the vice president of Henan 4th Construction Group Co., Ltd., and is engaged in housing construction management with more than 20 years of project management and construction experience. His three projects won the industry quality engineering award, and many projects won the Zhongzhou cup award in Henan Province. Since 2002, he has been awarded excellent project manager of Henan Province and national engineering construction for many years. In 2020, he was rated as the excellent expert of whole process engineering consulting in Henan Province.
郭保杰,男,汉族, 1966 年 6 月生,河南郑州人,毕业于北京农业工程大学农业建筑与环境工程专业,现任职河南四建集团股份有限公司副总裁,高级工程师,一级建造师,从事房建施工管理工作。有 20 多年的项目管理施工经验,施工的三个项目曾获得行业优质工程奖、多个项目获得河南省中州杯奖。自 2002 年以来,连续多年被评为河南省工程建设优秀项目经理、全国工程建设优秀项目经理。 2020 年被评为河南省全过程工程咨询优秀专家。
