Preface
With the new development of basic medical science and laboratory technology, the laboratory application of immunocytology, cytogenetics and molecular biology, automatic cell morphology analyzer and flow cytometry, the diagnosis basis of hematological diseases has gradually developed from the observation of cell morphology under light microscope to the examination form of multidisciplinary fusion. In practice, the examination of cell morphology still plays an important role. The application of various techniques improves the accuracy of the diagnosis of blood diseases and plays an important role in judging the prognosis.
The development direction of Hematology in the future is to explore new therapeutic targets, biological effect therapy and gene therapy, which pose new challenges to the development of molecular pathological diagnosis of Hematology. The development of Hematology ultimately depends on the progress of diagnostic technology. Classical cytomorphological diagnosis technology, combined with flow cytometry, immunolabeling, molecular genetics, genomics and proteomics, has become the necessary technology for accurate diagnosis of hematological diseases, and even the standard for diagnosis of some diseases.

随着医学基础科学和实验室技术的新发展，免疫细胞学、细胞遗传学和分子生物学，全自动细胞形态分析仪以及流式细胞仪的实验室应用，血液病的诊断依据由原来的以光学显微镜细胞形态观察为主逐渐发展为多学科融合的检查形式。实践中细胞形态的检查仍占重要地位， 多种技术的检验应用为血液病的诊断提高了准确性，在判断预后方面起重要作用。
未来血液病学的发展方向是探索新的治疗靶点、生物效应治疗和基因治疗等领域，这些对血液病分子病理诊断学的发展提出新的挑战。血液病学的发展，最终要依赖于诊断技术的进步。经典的细胞形态学诊断技术，结合流式细胞术、免疫标记、分子遗传学、基因组学及蛋白质组学技术等已经成为血液系统疾病精确诊断的必备技术，甚至成为某些疾病诊断的标准。
Yan-Xia Jia, female, born in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province in June 1974. She graduated from Shanxi Medical University in 2017 and got her master degree. She is a PhD student and is an associate senior technologist. She is the Director at Clinical Laboratory in the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University and the person in charge of the standardized residents training base. She has been in charge of the management, teaching and research of clinical laboratory for more than 20 years. She is the vice chairman of Youth Committee of the 10th Laboratory Medicine Committee of Shanxi Medical Association, the assistant leader of the first committee of cardio cerebrovascular diseases group of laboratory branch of Shanxi Medical Doctor Association and the member of POCT Branch of China Association of Medical Device Industry. She obtained one patent.
贾艳霞，女，汉族， 1974 年 6 月生，山西太原人，毕业于山西医科大学，获硕士学位，博士在读，副主任技师，山西医科大学第一医院检验科主任,规培基地负责人，负责检验科管理、教学及科研工作，山西省医学会第十届检验医学专业委员会青年委员会副主任委员、山西省医师协会检验医师分会心脑血管系统疾病组学第一届委员会副组长，中国医疗器械行业协会现场快速检测(POCT)分会委员，获专利 1 项。
Feng Gao, male, the Han nationality, master’s degree, born in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province in January 1990. He graduated from Shanxi Medical University majored in clinical test and diagnosis. At present, he is in charge of the emergency laboratory work in the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University as the head of emergency inspection team. He participated in a National Natural Science Foundation Project and a national fund project. He is a member of the first committee of real-time laboratory group of laboratory physicians branch of Shanxi Medical Doctor Association, and a member of Shanxi laboratory professional committee of Medical Laboratory Diagnostics Branch Society of Bethune Spiritual Research Association.
高峰，男，汉族， 1990 年 1 月生，山西太原人，毕业于山西医科大学临床检验诊断学专业，研究生学历，现于山西医科大学第一医院任职急诊检验组组长职位，负责急诊检验工作。参与国家自然科学基金一项，国家级基金一项。山西省医师协会检验医师分会即时检验学组第一届委员会委员；白求恩精神研究会检验医学分会山西省检验专业委员会委员。
Yao Li, female, the Han nationality, master’ s degree, born in Linfen City, Shanxi Province in May 1990. She graduated from China Medical University majored in clinical test and diagnosis. At present, she is the head of the immunology group of the outpatient and emergency medical laboratory in the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University. She is in charge of the inspection of the outpatient immunization team. She participated in a National Natural Science Foundation Project and a national fund project. She is a member of the first committee of real-time laboratory group of laboratory physicians branch of Shanxi Medical Doctor Association.
栗瑶，女，汉族， 1990 年 5 月生，山西省临汾市人，毕业于中国医科大学临床检验诊断学专业，研究生学历，现于山西医科大学第一医院任职门急诊医学检验科免疫组组长职位，负责门诊免疫组检验工作。参与国家自然科学基金一项，国家级基金一项。山西省医师协会检验医师分会即时检验学组第一届委员会委员。
