Preface
With the continuous development of social economy, China’s water conservancy construction has made further development. As an important part of water conservancy infrastructure project, hydrology and water resources survey plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of hydrology. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the research of hydrology and water resources survey.
Due to the different living habits, living standards and climatic conditions, people’s domestic water demand is very different. With the improvement of living standards, especially the large-scale construction of modern cities, the water consumption of urban residents is increasing day by day. With the rapid development of industry, agriculture and urban construction, the demand for fresh water is growing rapidly. More and more industrial wastewater and domestic sewage will be produced, and a considerable amount of wastewater will be directly discharged into the nearby water body without reasonable treatment, causing serious pollution to water resources. The hydrogeological survey provides hydrogeological data for the design of engineering projects and the formulation of national economic development plan. Hydrogeological survey is a project with the basic theory of hydrogeology as the guiding ideology, which studies the methods and theories of hydrogeological survey. The optimization of hydrogeological survey is conducive to the improvement of survey quality and the stability of the project. In order to promote the stable operation of engineering survey, we should do a good job in hydrogeological survey, which provides a theoretical basis for effectively solving hydrogeological problems.

随着社会经济不断发展,我国水利建设事业取得了进一步发展。水文水资源勘测作为水利基础建设工程的重要组成部分,在促进水文事业可持续发展等方面具有重要作用。因此,加强对水文水资源勘测的研究具有重要意义。
人们的生活用水量,由于人们的生活习惯和生活水平及气候条件不同,生活需水量差异十分悬殊,随着生活水平的提高,特别是现代化城市的大量建设,城市居民用水量日益增加,随着工业、农业和城市建设的迅速发展,对淡水的需求量急剧增长。随之将产生越来越多的工业废水和生活污水,有相当多的废水不经合理处理直接排入附近水体,造成对水资源的严重污染。而水文地质勘测工作为工程项目的设计和国民经济发展规划的制定提供了水文地质资料。水文地质勘测是一项以水文地质基本理论作为为指导思想的工程,研究水文地质的调查方法和理论。水文地质勘测的优化,有利于勘察质量的提升,确保工程能够稳定进行。为了促进工程勘察的稳定运行,我们要切实的做好水文地质勘测工作,为有效解决水文地质问题提供了理论基础。
Wen-Qing Si, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province in December 1985. She graduated from Xinjiang Agricultural University. She has been engaged in hydrological research for a long time. She participated in the compilation of Henan Province local standard “flow online automatic monitoring specification”. She participated in two national invention patents and won the second prize of water conservancy science and technology progress in Henan Province and the first prize of water conservancy innovation achievements in Henan Province.
司文青,女,汉族, 1985 年 12 月生,河南郑州人,本科学历,毕业于新疆农业大学,长期从事水文方面的研究。参加编制河南省地方标准《流量在线自动监测规范》。参与国家发明专利 2 件,获河南省水利科技进步二等奖,河南省水利创新成果一等奖。
Yong Ma, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province in March 1981. He graduated from School of Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering of Wuhan University majored in hydrology and water resources engineering. In 2011, he was awarded the title of “young post expert” by the Yellow River Conservancy Commission. In 2014, he won the title of “technical expert of hydrology bureau” of the hydrology bureau of the Yellow River Commission. In 2019, he was awarded the“advanced individual for improving the ability of the Yellow River hydrological observation” by the hydrology bureau of the Yellow River Water Commission, and in 2019, he was awarded the “advanced individual for improving the ability of the Yellow River hydrological observation” by the hydrology bureau of the yellow River Commission.
马勇,男,汉族, 1981 年 3 月生,甘肃兰州人,本科学历,毕业于武汉大学水利水电学院水文与水资源工程专业, 2011 年被黄河水利委员会授予“青年岗位能手”称号。 2014 年取得黄委水文局“水文局技术能手”称号。 2019 年被黄河水利委员会水文局授予“黄河水文测报能力提升先进个人”, 2019 年被黄委水文局授予“黄河水文测报能力提升先进个人”。
Wei Xu, female, the Han nationality, CPC member, engineer, master’s degree, born in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province in February 1980. She has been engaged in the research of water resources and hydrologic engineering geology for a long time. In 2013, she obtained the master’s degree of geological engineering from Hebei University of Geosciences. At present, she is engaged in research work in related fields of hydrogeology in Hebei Institute of Hydrologic Engineering Geology. Since joining the work, she has participated in a number of national geological survey, scientific research and natural fund projects, and published a number of academic papers in academic journals.
许伟,女,汉族, 1980 年 2 月生,河北省石家庄人,中共党员,硕士,工程师。长期从事水资源、水文工程地质方面的研究, 2013 年获得河北地质大学地质工程专业硕士研究生学位,现于河北省水文工程地质勘查院从事水文地质行业相关领域的研究工作,参加工作以来参与了多项国家地质调查、科研和自然基金项目,在学术刊物发表了多篇学术论文。
