Preface

With the improvement of people’s living standards, the requirements for housing construction are constantly improving. From an objective point of view, in the current housing construction, the foundation engineering is a decisive component, which will affect the construction results of the project in many aspects, such as the service life of the house, the living environment and office efficiency. For this reason, in the future, housing construction must choose reasonable foundation engineering construction technology in many aspects according to objective needs, complete the soundness of the technical system and the improvement of the construction level, so as to provide more help for housing construction.
        As the population continues to increase, the demand for housing has been much higher, so housing construction projects have been the focus of the society. Housing construction belongs to the people’s livelihood project and also has an important impact on the national economy. Construction engineering will use a lot of construction technology, but in the actual construction process, there may be some technical problems that affect the quality of the project. In the process of house construction, foundation engineering is a very important link. As the foundation of the house, the safety and stability of the foundation are directly related to the security of lives and property of the people.
        Foundation engineering has always been a very important part of housing construction projects. It will not only directly affect the quality of the housing construction, but also affect its safety and stability in use. Therefore, this book analyzes the construction technology and inspection of the foundation engineering of housing construction to provide an effective guarantee for the construction quality.


前 言

随着人们生活水平的提高,对房屋建筑的要求也在不断地提升。从客观的角度来分析,当前的房屋建筑当中,地基基础工程是决定性的组成部分,且在很多方面都将影响到工程的施工效果,并且在很多方面,都将导致房屋的使用寿命、居住和办公效果受到极大的影响。为此,在今后的房屋建筑当中,必须根据客观的需求,在多方面选择合理的地基基础工程施工技术,完成技术体系的健全和施工水平的提升,为房屋的建筑提供更多的帮助。
        随着人口不断增多,人们对房屋的需求量越来越高,因此房屋建筑工程开始受到社会的关注。房屋建筑属于民生工程,对国民经济也有着重要影响。建筑工程会使用到大量的施工技术,但是在实际施工过程中,可能会存在一些技术问题影响工程质量。在房屋建筑过程中,地基工程属于其中非常重要的环节,作为房屋的基础,地基的安全稳定性直接关系到人们的生命财产安全。
        地基基础工程一直以来都是房屋建筑工程项目在施工过程中非常重要的一部分,不仅会直接影响到房屋建筑的施工质量,而且还会影响到其在后期使用过程中的安全性和稳定性。因此,本书针对房屋建筑地基基础工程的施工技术与检测进行分析,为施工质量提供有效保障。

Yuan Li, male, the Han nationality, engineer, double bachelor’s degree, born in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province in July 1979. He graduated from Zhengzhou University in July 2002. He has been engaged in construction technology and detection of foundation, monitoring of foundation pit engineering and related scientific research. He has rich practical experience and a solid theoretical foundation. He has published more than 10 academic papers and obtained 6 authorized utility model patents and one authorized invention patent.

李远,男,汉族, 1979 年 7 月生,河南郑州人, 2002 年 7 月毕业于郑州大学,获得双学士学位,工程师。长期从事地基基础工程施工、检测、基坑工程监测及相关科研工作,具有丰富的实践经验和扎实的理论基础,先后发表学术论文 10 余篇,获得授权实用新型专利 6 项,获得授权发明专利一项。

Hua-Bin Wang, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, graduated from North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power, born in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province in October 1984. He is mainly engaged in the testing work on pile foundations. He participated in the monitoring work on foundation pit of the D2 plot of Zhengzhou Station Square, presided over the monitoring work on foundation pit of Zhengzhou Convention and Exhibition Hotel, presided over the monitoring work on foundation pit and the inspection work on pile foundation of Zhengzhou Millennium Royal Plaza, and presided over the inspection work on pile foundation of Zhengzhou International Airport Transportation Transfer Center. He has been rated as an advanced individual for many times and has been rated as provincial advanced individual.

王花彬,男,汉族, 1984 年 10 月生,河南郑州人,毕业于华北水利水电学院,本科学历。主要从事基桩检测工作,参与郑州站前广场 D2 地块基坑监测工作,主持郑州会展宾馆基坑监测工作,主持郑州千玺广场基坑监测工作及桩基检测工作,主持郑州国际机场交通换乘中心基桩检测工作等,并在主持郑州国际机场交通换乘中心基桩检测工作中,多次被评为先进个人,并被评为省级先进个人。

Zhi-Yi Liu, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, graduated from Huanghe S & T University, born in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province in May 1986. He is mainly engaged in the research on the direction of pile foundation inspection. He works in Henan Provincial Academy of Building Research, and is currently the deputy dean of the Institute of Geotechnical Engineering. He has been awarded the honorary title of advanced worker by the company for many times and has participated in the construction of multiple provincial major projects since he began to work in 2009.

刘志毅,男,汉族, 1986 年 5 月生,河南郑州人,本科学历。主要从事桩基检测方向的研究,毕业于黄河科技学院,本科学历。就职于河南省建筑科学研究院有限公司,现任岩土工程技术研究院副院长。自 2009 年参加工作以来,先后多次获得公司
颁发的先进工作者荣誉称号,参与建设多项省级重点项目。
