Energy is the material basis for the survival and development of human society, and its importance is self-evident. The increasingly prominent problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution greatly enhance the status of new energy and renewable energy in the field of energy. Solar energy, wind energy, water energy, biomass energy, geothermal energy, marine energy and other energy technologies have also developed rapidly in recent years. In order to overcome the difference between energy supply and energy demand in time and space, it is necessary to use certain methods, through certain media or devices, to directly or indirectly convert one form of energy into another form of energy for storage, and release it when energy is needed. Energy storage technology is a variety of methods to study energy storage.
The traditional power system, which is a real-time balance system formed by a set of generation side variables and a group of power consumption side variables, has the characteristics of instant generation and use. There are generally large peak valley changes in the load on the power side, which brings great pressure to the power generation side and causes many disadvantages of the power system. By using energy storage technology, the surplus power can be stored and sent out at an appropriate time, so as to realize the function of energy storage “regulation, optimization, efficiency increase and protection” in the power system. This can make the power distribution flexible, optimize the system resource allocation, improve the operation efficiency and ensure the stable operation of the system. The development of energy storage technology is to ensure the continuous process of energy utilization. It is very important in human daily life and industrial production, such as electric power industry, new energy vehicles, solar thermal utilization and other fields, and it is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of energy.
前 言
能源作为人类社会生存和发展的物质基础,其重要性不言而喻。能源短缺和环境污染等问题的日益突出,极大地提升了新能源和可再生能源在能源领域的地位。太阳能、风能、水能、生物质能、地热能、海洋能等各种能源技术近年来也得到快速发展。为克服能量供应和能量需求在时间和空间上的差别,就需要采用一定的方法,通过一定的介质或装置,将某种形式的能量直接或间接转换成另一种形式的能量储存起来,在需要用能的时候释放出来。研究能量储存的各种方法,即储能技术。
传统模式下的电力系统,即一组发电侧变量和一组用电侧变量所形成的实时平衡的系统,具有即发即用的特点。用电侧负荷普遍存在较大的峰谷变化,给发电侧带来了较大压力,造成了电力系统的诸多弊端。利用储能技术可以把多余的电力储存起来,在适当的时刻再发出去,从而在电力系统中实现储能“调节、优化、增效、保护”的功能,使电能灵活分配,优化系统资源配置,提高运行效率以及保障系统稳定运行等。储能技术的发展,是为了保证能量的利用过程能够连续进行,在人类的日常生活和工业生产等各方面,如电力工业、新能源汽车、太阳能热利用等多个领域,都非常重要,并对促进能源的可持续发展具有重要意义。
Ya Zuo, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, master of engineering, born in Urumqi, Xinjiang in February 1983. She graduated from Shanghai University of Electric Power in 2005. Now she works as an investment management engineer in State Grid Xinjiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. She is responsible for power system research and grid investment management. She won the title of engineering and technical expert of State Grid Xinjiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. She mainly participated in and completed the Exploration and Practice of Power Grid Development System Based on “Power Supply and Collection Service” under the Supply Side Reform, and won the Second Prize of Management Innovation Promotion Achievement of State Grid Corporation of China in 2019.
左雅,女,汉族, 1983 年 2 月出生,新疆乌鲁木齐人, 2005 年毕业于上海电力学院大学本科学历,工程硕士学位,现于国网新疆电力有限公司任投资管理工程师,负责电力系统相关研究及电网投资相关管理工作,获得了国网新疆电力公司工程技术专家称号、主要参与完成的《供给侧改革下基于“引汇服”的电网发展体系探索与实践》获得国家电网有限公司 2019 年度管理创新推广成果二等奖。
Jun Xiang, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Anshan City, Liaoning Province in February 1992. In 2014, he graduated from Changchun Institute of Technology in the major of thermal energy and power engineering. His research direction is electric power engineering. He works in Huaneng Yingkou xianrendao Thermal Power Co., Ltd.
项军,男,汉族, 1992 年 2 月生,辽宁鞍山人,大学本科学历, 2014 年毕业于长春工程学院,热能与动力工程专业,研究方向为电力工程,任职于华能营口仙人岛热电有限责任公司。
Shuo-Fei Shi, male, the Han nationality, engineer, born in Baoding City, Hebei Province in June 1987. He graduated from North China Electric Power University in the major of communication engineering in 2011. In 2020, he obtained the master’s degree certificate of electrical engineering of North China Electric Power University. Now he works in Xilinguole Electric Power Bureau of Inner Mongolia Power (Group) Co., Ltd. And he is engaged in the industry of substation operation. He has successively participated in the acceptance and operation of 110kV substation and several 220kV, 110kV and 35kV lines. He has rich working experience in power system equipment switching operation, operation and maintenance, project acceptance, etc.
石硕飞,男,汉族, 1987 年 6 月生,河北保定人,工程师, 2011 年毕业于华北电力大学通信工程专业, 2020 年取得华北电力大学电气工程硕士学位证书,现任职于内蒙古电力(集团)有限责任公司锡林郭勒电业局, 从事变电运行专业, 先后参与 110kV变电站及多条 220kV、 110kV 和 35kV 线路的验收和投运工作,对电力系统设备倒闸操作、运行维护、项目验收等方面具有丰富的工作经验。
