周玉彬，男，汉族， 1973 年 10 月生，山东济南人。毕业于福州大学建筑工程专业，大学本科学历，国家注册一级建造师，高级工程师，山东省绿色施工专家。现任山东省城建工程集团公司副总工程师、 总工办主任。 参建工程获得了国家级奖项 2 项、省级奖项 7 项，市级 12 项的优秀成绩。

At present, he works as the engineer in Ningxia Xingming Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. and he is mainly responsible for construction technology and real estate company management. He served as the executive manager of a number of projects and was responsible for the overall site management of the coal handling EPC project. He has obtained the national civil engineering intermediate engineer, the national registered second class housing construction engineer and BIM engineer certificate.
梁俊，男，汉族， 1982 年 5 月生，宁夏银川人。毕业于国家开放大学土木工程专业，本科学历。现就职于宁夏兴明建设工程有限公司，工程师，主要负责建筑施工技术和房地产公司管理工作。担任多项项目工程任执行经理，负责输煤 EPC 项目工程的现场全面管理，获得全国土建中级工程师、全国注册二级房建市政建造师和 BIM 工程师证。

He has participated in the construction of provincial and municipal key engineering projects for many times, and has published many professional academic papers in the construction industry in the provincial and ministerial level or national journals, and has been recognized as a high-level talent in Hangzhou.
兰云生，男，汉族， 1977 年 10 月生，浙江杭州人，毕业于浙江大学土木工程（工程管理）专业，本科学历。高级工程师，注册监理工程师，注册设备监理师、注册安全工程师，注册建造师。杭州市余杭区“良渚杯（建筑工程奖）”评审专家；杭州市余杭区综合性评标专家库专家；浙江省综合性评标专家库专家。多次参与省市重点工程项目建设，先后在省部级或国家级刊物上发表过建筑行业的多篇专业性学术论文，已认定为杭州市高层次人才。
