Preface

Engineering logistics is a very important part of modern logistics. It can effectively solve the material transportation problems appeared in the construction of engineering projects and supporting and other aspects of some large-scale conferences. The characteristics of engineering logistics are high risk, timeliness and one-time completion of the project. In the process of its transportation and loading, there is a constant need for special equipment and the cooperation between several logistics enterprises which can offer different modes of transportation. Equipment dismantling, moving, packing, encasing, binding, customs clearance, sea transportation, air transportation, land transportation, unpacking and installation all belong to the service scope of engineering logistics. Because of its large scale, complex structure, wide range of design and strong uncertainty, engineering logistics has become a complex system engineering. In the process of its implementation, it is necessary to combine the theory of system engineering with the theory of logistics system planning, control and management to select the transportation scheme which should have good adaptability to deal with the uncertain factors appeared in the logistics chains.


前 言

工程物流是现代物流中很重要的组成部分,它能够很好的解决工程项目建设的物资运输以及一些大型会议、支援等方面的物资运输问题。工程物流的特点是风险性高、时效性强、项目一次性完成;其运输装卸过程中往往需要专用特殊设备,并且需要几种运输方式结合,协同多家物流企业联合操作。设备拆卸、搬移、包装、装箱、绑扎系固、通关、海运、空运、陆运、拆箱、安装等都属于工程物流的服务范围。工程物流因其规模庞大、结构复杂、设计范围广泛、不确定性强等特点,使其成为一项复杂的系统工程。在其实施过程中,需要采用系统工程理论方法结合物流系统规划、控制和管理理论选择运输方案,并要求所采用的运输方案有具有很好的适应性来应对物流链条中的不确定性因素。

Hui He, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, senior engineer, born in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province in August 1984. She is engaged in the purchasing and logistics transportation of overseas engineering general contracting projects. She was awarded the first prize of “2018 Excellent Project of General Contracting” by Zhejiang Exploration & Design Association. She has published several papers in national journals such as “East China Science & Technology” and “Urban Architecture”, and the 2nd International Development Forum hosted by China Engineering & Consulting Association and China Association of International Engineering Consultants.

何慧,女,汉族, 1984 年生 8 月生,浙江杭州人,本科学历。高级工程师,从事海外工程总承包项目采购与物流运输。曾获浙江省勘察设计行业协会“2018 年度工程总承包优秀项目”一等奖。曾在《华东科技》、 《城市建筑》等国家期刊,中国勘察设计协会与中国国际工程咨询协会主办的第二届国际发展论坛等平台发表论文数篇。
