王宏记,男,汉族, 1986 年 12 月出生,云南昆明人,毕业于四川省攀枝花学院,本科学历,土木工程专业。现就职于云南锁蒙高速公路有限公司红河分公司。注册建造工程师,主要从事和研究道路桥梁施工和养护管理,道路桥梁、房建地基和基础施工安全评价。

He graduated from Central South University in the major of civil engineering. He is an expert in the financial evaluation of Chinese government procurement, an expert in Hebei Province’s project bid evaluation database, an expert in xiong’an new area project evaluation database, and an expert in China Construction Machinery Association. Now he works in Hebei Provincial Communications Planning and Design Institute, and is the director of national key expressway projects. His projects have won provincial and ministerial Excellent Survey and Design Awards for many times.
吕佳泽,男,汉族, 1980 年 7 月生,河北石家庄人,毕业于中南大学土木工程专业,本科学历,高级工程师,高级项目管理师,注册咨询工程师、注册土木工程师(道路工程),一级造价师,一级建造师, BIM 战略规划师。中国政府采购财政评审专家、河北省工程评标库专家、雄安新区工程评标库专家、中国工程机械工业协会专家等。现就职于河北省交通规划设计院,担任国家重点高速项目负责人,所参设项目多次获省部级优秀勘察设计奖。
