Preface
Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy and the cornerstone of national stability. We must attach importance to the development of agriculture and put agriculture first in economic work. The development of agricultural production and the prosperity of the rural economy must rely on technological progress.
Grain, cotton and oil are the important commodities related to national economy and people's livelihood. It is necessary to speed up the development of modern agriculture, enhance comprehensive agricultural production capacity, and ensure national food security and effective supply of important agricultural products. With the rapid advancement of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization, the consumption demand for major agricultural products such as grain has increased rigidly, the constraints on climate, arable land and water resources have increased, the impact of changes in rural labor structure has increased, and the newly emerging urban agriculture also poses a challenge to traditional agriculture. How to promote the sustainable and stable development of the planting industry and achieve the goal of “high yield, high quality, high efficiency, ecology and safety” has become an important issue that agricultural workers must consider. To this end, we have compiled this book to help farmers get richer and make further contributions to promoting agriculture by application of science and technology.

农业是国民经济的基础，是国家稳定的基石。必须重视农业的发展，把农业放在经济工作的首位。而发展农业生产，繁荣农村经济，必须依靠科技进步。
粮棉油是关系国计民生的重要商品。要加快发展现代农业，增强农业综合生产能力，确保国家粮食安全和重要农产品有效供给。随着工业化、城镇化和农业现代化快速推进，粮食等主要农产品消费需求刚性增长，气候、耕地和水资源约束日益增强，农村劳动力结构变化冲击增强，方兴未艾的都市农业也对传统农业提出了新的要求。如何促进种植业持续稳定发展，实现“高产、优质、高效、生态、安全”目标成为农业工作者必须考虑的重要课题。为此，我们编写了此书，帮助农民发家致富，为科技兴农再做贡献。
Hong-Wei Wang, male, the Han nationality, born in Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province in September 1979, graduated from Hebei University of Economics and Business, bachelor’s degree, senior agronomist; mainly engaged in the research of new crop varieties. He has long been committed to the promotion of agricultural technology, experimenting and demonstrating more than 20 new crop varieties. He has won the second prize of Hebei Province Science and Technology Progress Award, and the first prize of Zhangjiakou City Science and Technology Progress Award. He was selected as the third-level candidate of Hebei Province “333 Talent Project”, was selected as the candidate of the second batch in“Famous Masters” cultivation project in Zhangjiakou City. He has won the third-class merit of Zhangjiakou City, and was awarded the Excellent First Secretary of the Village in Hebei Province.
王宏伟，男，汉族， 1979 年 9 月生，河北张家口人,毕业于河北经贸大学,本科学历，高级农艺师；主要从事农作物新品种研究，一直致力于农业技术推广，试验示范推广农作物新品种 20 余个。曾获河北省科技进步二等奖，张家口市科技进步一等奖，被选为河北省“三三三人才工程”第三层次人选，被评为张家口市第二批“名家名师”培育工程人选，荣获张家口市三等功一次，获评河北省优秀驻村第一书记。
Lei Chang, male, the Han nationality, born in Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province in November 1982, graduated from Agricultural University of Hebei, bachelor’s degree, senior agronomist, mainly engaged in agricultural research. In recent years, he has successively published several academic papers in authoritative journals; compiled a number of provincial and municipal local standards and many agricultural series books. He has won a second prize of National Agriculture, Pasture and Fishery Harvest Award, the second prize of Hebei Mountain Areas Entrepreneurship, the third prize of Hebei Agricultural Technology Promotion Award, and the first prize of Zhangjiakou City Science and Technology Progress Award. In 2019, he was awarded the title of Advanced Individual of Industrial Development Instructor of Hebei Province, and was awarded as Provincial and Municipal Advanced Agricultural Worker for several times.
常磊，男，汉族， 1982 年 11 月生，河北张家口人，毕业于河北农业大学，大学本科学历，高级农艺师，主要从事农业方面研究。近几年来先后在权威刊物上发表多篇学术论文；编写多项省市级地方标准和多部农业系列丛书。获全国农牧渔业丰收奖二等奖一项，河北省山区创业二等奖一项，河北省农业技术推广奖三等奖一项，张家口市科技进步一等奖一项。 19 年荣获河北省产业发展指导员先进个人称号，并多次荣获省市级农业先进工作者称号。
Li-Sha Guo, female, the Han nationality, born in Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province in November 1982, graduated from Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology, bachelor’s degree, agronomist, mainly engaged in the research of crop seed quality test. She was chosen as the third-level candidate for the “333 Talent Project” in Hebei Province between January 2015 and December 2018, selected as the candidate for the “Famous Masters” Cultivation Project in Zhangjiakou City in August 2017. She is the National Science and Technology Commissioner of 2019 to 2021. In 2020, she published “Trial Discussion on Crop Planting and Pest Control Technology” and “Research on Crop Seed Testing Work” and other agriculture-related academic papers. In 2020, she participated in the compilation of “Crop Planting and Agricultural Development”.
郭丽莎，女，汉族， 1982 年 11 月生，河北张家口人，毕业于河北科技师范学院，本科学历，农艺师。主要从事农作物种子质量检验方面研究， 2015 年 1 月至 2018年 12 月河北省“三三三人才工程”第三层次人选， 2017 年 8 月张家口市“名家名师”培育工程人选， 2019 年至 2021 年国家级科技特派员。 2020 年发表《试论农作物种植及病虫害防治技术》《关于做好农作物种子检验工作的研究》等农业相关学术论文， 2020 年参与编写《农作物种植与农业发展》。
