Preface

With the process of industrialization and urbanization, our country has made remarkable achievements in economic construction. However, due to the recombination of labor, changes in people’s values, changes in family structure and demographic structure, and intensified social competition that occurred during this process, the psychological stress factors in people’s lives have increased, causing new spiritual and behavior problems for human beings. In order to help us adapt to the changes of the mental illness problems in our country and the new requirements for relevant prevention and treatment, the editors, based on their own clinical experience for years, compiled this book, Research on Diagnosis, Treatment and Nursing Practice of Practical Psychiatric Disease. During the compiling process, the editors paid attention to the reference to a large number of relevant professional literature, concisely explained the etiology and classification of mental disorders, symptoms of mental disorders, diagnosis, treatment and nursing of organic mental disorders, mental disorders caused by psychoactive substances, schizophrenia, mood disorders, neurosis, etc. This book, concise and easy to read, can be used for reference by psychiatrists, nurses, and trainees.

前言

随着工业化、都市化的进程，我国在经济建设上取得了举世瞩目的成就。但在此过程中，由于劳动力的重新组合，价值观念的改变，家庭结构和人口结构的变化及社会竞争不断加剧，导致人们生活中的心理应激因素增加，带来了新的精神心理和行为问题。为适应我国精神疾病的变化和对防治工作提出的新要求，编者结合自身多年的临床工作经验撰写了这本《实用精神科疾病诊疗与护理实践研究》。在编写过程中，编者注重参阅大量相关专业文献，简明扼要地阐述精神障碍的病因与分类，精神障碍的症状，脑器质性精神障碍的诊疗与护理，精神活性物质所致精神障碍的诊疗与护理，精神分裂症的诊疗与护理，心境障碍的诊疗与护理，神经症的诊疗与护理等。本书简明扼要，便于阅读查看，可供精神科医师、护士、进修人员查阅参考。

王玉坤

Yu-Kun Wang, male, the Han nationality, born in Weifang City, Shandong Province in June 1984, graduated from Clinical Medicine Department of Weifang Medical University in 2006, bachelor’s degree, attending physician, member of Chinese Medical Association. He has engaged in psychiatric work for 14 years, published 5 national-level papers, supervised and participated in 3 scientific research projects, one of which won the Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award. He is proficient in the diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, neurosis and other mental diseases, and has in-depth research on somatic disease accompanying psychological disorders.

王玉坤，男，汉族，1984 年 6 月生，山东潍坊人。2006 年毕业于潍坊医学院临床医学系，本科学历，主治医师，中华医学会会员。从事精神科工作 14 年，发表国家级论文 5 篇，主持参与科研 3 项，其中一项获市级科技进步奖。擅长精神分裂症，抑郁症，双相情感障碍，焦虑症，神经症等精神疾病的诊疗，对躯体疾病伴发心理障碍有较深入的研究。

刘翠英

Cui-Ying Liu, female, the Han nationality, born in Weifang City, Shandong Province in December 1967, deputy director nurse, graduated from Weifang Medical College, majoring in nursing science, bachelor’s degree, skilled in the observation and nursing of many psychiatric diseases, schizophrenia, depression, and bipolar disorder, etc. She has unique insights into the observation of the patient's condition.The “multifunctional nursing bed for psychiatric patients” invented by her in 2014 and the “new type brainwave electrode” invented by her in 2015 were granted utility model patents by the state. She has won her laurels as “Weifang Outstanding Nurse”, “Weifang Famous Nurse”, “Weifang Nursing Knowledge Contest Excellence Award”.

刘翠英，女，汉族，1967 年 12 月生，山东潍坊人,副主任护师，毕业于潍坊医学院护理学专业，本科学历，学士学位；擅长精神分裂症，抑郁症，双相情感障碍等精神疾病的观察与护理，对病人病情的观察有独到的见解；2014 年发明的“精神科患者多功能护理床”和 2015 年发明的“新型脑电波电极”被国家授予实用新型专利。曾获得“潍坊市优秀护士”、“潍坊名护”、“潍坊市护理知识竞赛优秀奖”等殊荣。

初伟娜

Wei-Na Chu, female, the Han nationality, born in Weifang City, Shandong Province in October 1981, attending physician, graduated from Clinical Medicine Department of Jining Medical University in 2004, bachelor’s degree. She obtained a master's degree in applied psychology major from Weifang Medical University in 2014. She is a member of the Chinese Medical Association, worked in psychiatry for 16 years, participated in the compilation of “Common Mental Disorder Diagnosis and Nursing in General Hospitals”, and published 3 national-level papers. She is skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, adolescent mental disorder, organic mental disorder and other mental diseases.

初伟娜，女，汉族，1981 年 10 月生，山东潍坊人。主治医师，2004 年毕业于济宁医学院临床医学系，本科学历，2014 年取得潍坊医学院应用心理学硕士学位，中华医学会会员，从事精神科工作 16 年，参与编著《综合医院常见精神障碍诊断与护理》著作 1 本，发表国家级论文 3 篇。擅长精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、强迫症、青少年精神障碍、器质性精神障碍等精神疾病的诊疗。
