With the continuous development of market economy, the demand for expressways in China is increasing year by year. At the same time, the increasing transportation tasks and increasing vehicle demand put forward new requirements for the construction of expressway. For the bridge facilities of expressway, as an important part of expressway, its engineering quality will directly affect the safety of people's lives and property, which requires that corresponding measures should be taken to strengthen the bridge construction technology of expressway, so as to ensure the bridge quality of expressway; in order to ensure the quality of highway bridge engineering, it is necessary to strengthen the management and organization of construction technology, and make overall consideration and reasonable arrangement. 随着建筑事业的大力发展与进步,建设高质量的桥梁已成为现代建筑事业管理的一种重要技术领域和发展的必然趋势,桥梁的建设标准已从强度和耐久性满足使用要求提高到创精品工程的高度。
市场经济的不断发展,我国对于高速公路的需求逐年增加。同时,日益增加的交通运载任务与不断增强的车辆需求,对高速公路的建设提出了新的要求。对于高速公路的桥梁设施而言,作为高速公路的一项重要组成部分,其工程质量好坏将直接关系到人们的生命财产安全,这就要求应采取相应的措施来强化高速公路的桥梁施工技术,以切实保障高速公路的桥梁质量;为了确保高速公路桥梁工程的质量,必须强化施工技术的管理与组织工作,做到统筹兼顾、合理安排,并结合施工工艺特点施工条件等因素的不同,对施工技术方案进行不断优化与完善,确保各个施工工艺与现代化施工技术的高效衔接,确保工程按期保质保量完成,实现工程项目效益最大化。
Ning Zhang, male, the Han nationality, CPC member, bachelor’s degree, born in Urumqi, Xinjiang in November 1980. He graduated from Chongqing Jiaotong University in June 2003. He is now the general engineer of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Transportation Planning, Survey, Design and Research Institute. He has been committed to highway and bridge design for a long time, and participated in the design of several national and provincial trunk highways as project leader and professional leader.
张宁,男,汉族, 1980 年 11 月生,新疆乌鲁木齐人,中国共产党党员, 2003 年 6月毕业于重庆交通学院,本科学历。现任新疆维吾尔自治区交通规划勘察设计研究院总工程师。长期致力于公路与桥梁设计工作,作为项目负责人和专业负责人参与多条国省干线公路设计工作。
Zhuo Chen, male, the Mongols, CPC member, bachelor’s degree, born in Urumqi, Xinjiang in November 1979. He graduated from Chang’an University. He is now the senior engineer of highway engineering of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Transportation Planning, Survey, Design and Research Institute. He is responsible for and participated in the survey and design of many national and provincial trunk highways, urban main and secondary trunk roads and underground passages in Xinjiang, with high theoretical level and systematic professional and technical knowledge.
陈卓,男,蒙古族, 1979 年 11 月生,新疆乌鲁木齐人,中国共产党党员,毕业于长安大学,本科学历,现任新疆维吾尔自治区交通规划勘察设计研究院公路工程高级工程师。负责及参与新疆境内多条国、省道干线公路及城市主、次干道、地下通道的勘察设计工作,具有较高理论水平和系统专业技术知识。
Jian Wang, male, the Han nationality, CPC member, bachelor’s degree, born in Urumqi, Xinjiang in February 1972. He graduated from Changsha University of Science and Technology. He is now the senior engineer of highway engineering of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Transportation Planning, Survey, Design and Research Institute. He has devoted himself to the investigation and design of highway and bridge engineering for a long time. He has published more than ten academic papers. He has completed the survey and design of nearly 2000 kilometers of highways of various grades, with systematic professional knowledge and high theoretical level.
王建,男,汉族, 1972 年 2 月生,新疆乌鲁木齐人,中国共产党员,毕业于长沙理工大学,本科学历,现任新疆维吾尔自治区交通规划勘察设计研究院公路工程高级工程师。长期致力于公路与桥梁工程勘察设计工作,先后表学术论文十余篇,测设完成各等级公路总里程近 2000 公里,具备系统的专业知识和较高的理论水平。
