Water conservancy project is an engineering project which controls and allocates the surface water and groundwater in the natural environment to reduce natural disasters and serve the people. And the state also attaches importance to this situation, and lists the promotion of water conservancy project infrastructure construction as an important national policy. This measure can effectively promote social and economic development, which is of great significance to the strategic deployment of China’s early realization of great rejuvenation. The construction of water conservancy projects is more and more, and the technical difficulty is gradually increasing. 随着人们生活水平质量的不断提升,对物质的要求日益提高,水利工程作为保 证人们日常生活的基础设备受到了人们越来越密切的关注。水利工程将大自然环境 中的地表水以及地下水进行控制和调配,以减少自然灾害,服务百姓为任务建立的 工程项目。而国家也将这一情况重视起来,将推动水利工程基础设施建设列为重要 国策。而这一举措,能够有效地推动社会经济的发展,这对中国早日实现伟大复兴 的战略部署具有重要的意义。 水利工程的建设越来越多,技术的难度也在逐渐地升高,要想切实解决项目管 理中的问题,就必须实现管理和技术上的突破,促进水利工程项目的顺利进行。经 济的不断提升改变了人们的生活水平,水利工程是人民安居乐业国家长远发展的重 要基础,是我国社会发展过程中的重点工程,因此必须着重注意进行合理的控制。 水利工程的施工管理对整个工程及社会主义现代化建设来说具有非常重要的作用, 能够影响到水利工程的使用性能及使用年限,是进行水利工程施工建设的基础。当 前我国经济水平不断提升,人们的安全意识及监督意识也有了很大的提升,水利工 程施工管理已经得到越来越多人的重视。
You-Liang Qu, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, senior engineer, born in Puyang City, Henan Province in December 1971. He graduated from North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power in the major of water conservancy. He has participated in the construction of the national key water conservancy project of diverting the Yellow River into Hebei Province. He was awarded the title of “Ten Best Authors” of Water Administration and Water Resources. He cooperated with the Institute of Geography of Chinese Academy of Sciences to write the research report of “Research on Water Cycle Mechanism and Water Resources Efficient Utilization Technology of Yellow River Irrigation Area”.
屈优良,男,汉族,1971 年 12 月生,河南濮阳人,毕业于华北水利水电大学,本 科学历,水利专业,高级工程师。曾参加国家重点水利工程引黄入冀补淀工程可研 编制与工程建设。曾获《水政水资源》“十佳作者”称号;与中科院地理所合作撰 写《引黄灌区水循环机理和水资源高效利用技术研究》研究报告。
Ya-Song Zhang, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, senior engineer, born in Heze City, Shandong Province in October 1971. He graduated from Yantai University. He is now the chief of engineering management section of Mudan Yellow River Affairs Bureau of Heze Yellow River Affairs Bureau. He has long served as the technical director in the front line of water conservancy project construction and the technical director of provincial key projects.
张亚松,男,汉族,1971 年 10 生,山东菏泽人,毕业于烟台大学,本科学历,高级工程师,现任菏泽黄河河务局牡丹黄河河务局工程管理科科长,长期在水利工程 建设一线担任技术负责人,省级重点项目担任技术总监。
Feng-Cang Wang, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, engineer, born in Puyang City, Henan Province in January 1970. She graduated from Hohai University. She once participated in the study on comprehensive treatment of groundwater funnel area in Puqing south of Puyang City. She participated in the testing report of surface water, groundwater function area and key river sewage outlets in Puyang City. She participated in the flood control impact assessment report of Majiahe bridge in the reconstruction project of the first class highway from Yuji boundary to Pufan on national highway 106 Beijing Guangzhou line.
王凤藏,女,汉族,1970 年 1 月出生,河南濮阳人,毕业于河海大学,本科学历, 工程师。曾参加编制濮阳市濮清南地下水漏斗区综合治理研究;参加濮阳市地表水、 地下水功能区与重点入河排污口检测报告;参与国道 106 京广线豫冀界至濮范高速 一级公路改建工程马颊河桥防洪影响评价报告。
