Preface
Ultrasonic medicine is a kind of non-invasive examination that uses the characteristics of ultrasound and the different principles of human tissue to form images to diagnose the morphological structure, physical characteristics, functional state and pathological state of human tissue.
Ultrasonic medical diagnosis is widely used in clinical practice. It is simple to operate, convenient to use, high cost performance, high accuracy, good positioning, and has a high diagnosis rate for the complications of patients. Therefore, it is widely used in clinical practice and provides valuable reference information for clinical diagnosis. It can formulate treatment plan in time and improve the success rate of emergency treatment. Especially in the diagnosis of some abdominal trauma and acute abdomen, the effect is outstanding, which provides great help for the development of emergency medical system. It is suggested to provide this kind of diagnosis method for emergency patients in clinical practice, so as to improve the diagnosis accuracy and treatment effect of patients.
Combined with the current situation of social development, this book introduces the theory and knowledge of ultrasound medicine in detail from many aspects, including the current imaging research and other related contents. 超声医学是指应用超声波的特性和人体组织对超声反射不同的原理形成图像，来诊断人体组织的形态结构、物理特征和功能状态及病理状态的一种非创伤性检查。
超声医学诊断临床应用广泛，其操作简单，使用便捷，性价比高，准确率高，定位性好，对患者的并发症也有较高的诊出率，因此临床应用比较广泛，为临床诊断提供了有价值的参考信息，可以及时地制定治疗方案，提高急救成功率。尤其是在一些腹部创伤和急腹症的诊断中效果突出，对于急救医疗体系的发展提供了较大的帮助，建议在临床中为急诊患者提供该种诊断方式，提升患者的诊断准确率，提升治疗效果。
本书结合当前社会发展现状，从多个方面详细介绍了超声医学相关理论与知识，其中重点包含目前影像研究相关内容等。 书中内容全面、系统、实用，亦适合大专院校医学影专业的师生，从事超声仪器销售、应用培训及医院设备管理的工程技术人员学、参考。
Feng-Juan Zhao, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province in February 1985. She graduated from Wenzhou Medical University. She is now working in Shaoxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and she has been engaged in ultrasound diagnosis for many years, and is now the attending physician. Her daily work includes ultrasound examination of abdomen, superficial organs, gynecology, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal and so on, focusing on cardiac ultrasound. In 2021, she studied cardiac ultrasound diagnosis in Shaoxing People’s Hospital. She has published several professional articles.
赵凤娟，女，汉族，1985 年2 月生，浙江绍兴人，毕业于温州医科大学，学士学位，现就职于在绍兴市中医院，从事超声诊断多年，现为主治医师，日常进行腹部、浅表器官、妇科、心血管、肌骨等超声检查，主攻心脏超声方面。2021 年在绍兴市人民医院专门进修心脏超声诊断。现已发表专业文章数篇。
Jia Wen, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, associate chief physician, born in Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province in September 1980. She is engaged in ultrasonic diagnosis, and can master the diagnostic skills of common diseases, frequently occurring diseases and difficult diseases in ultrasonic diagnosis department. she has published 8 papers, including 4 in core journals. In 2018, she presided over the application area’s self raised scientific research projects and won the project approval; she helped and participated in the conclusion and research of self raised scientific research projects in five districts. She participated in two new technology projects of the hospital and was awarded the title of“excellent teaching teacher”.
文佳，女，汉族， 1980 年 9 月生，广西柳州人，学士学位。副主任医师，从事超声诊断工作，能熟练掌握超声诊断科的多见病、多发病及疑难病症的诊断技能。 发表论文 8 篇，其中核心期刊 4 篇。 2018 年主持申报区自筹科研课题获立项；协助参与了五个区自筹科研课题的结题及研究工作，参与医院的 2 项新技术项目获 得立项，曾获得“优秀带教教师”的称号。
