The symmetry of real estate and movable property is a legal term. In fact, it is property. It includes immovable buildings with fixed address such as land and houses on it. The division of movable property and real property is based on whether the object can be moved and whether its value is damaged by the movement. Movable property refers to things that can be moved without damaging their value or use. Real estate refers to things that can not be moved or damage their value or use if they are moved. 不动产——动产的对称，是一个法律上的名词，其实即是物业，它包括土地及其上之房屋等不可移动，可以有固定地址的建筑物。动产与不动产的划分，是以物是否能够移动并且是否因移动而损坏其价值作为划分标准的。动产是指能够移动而不损害其价值或用途的物。不动产是指不能移动或者若移动则损害其价值或用途的物。我国不动产长期施行多部门分散登记和管理的模式与制度，导致不动产登记及管理存在诸多问题，具体表现为：不动产登记权利存在矛盾冲突，不动产登记效率偏低，不动产物权体系不完整，不动产登记数据多源异构难以互通共享，登记信息化建设水平参差不齐等多个方面。上述问题严重地制约了国家对不动产状况的全面掌握与有效管理。
