To promote long-term stable and rapid economic  development and social harmony and stability, and to win a new victory in building a  moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, we must make up our mind to speed  up the development of water conservancy, strengthen the ability of water conservancy  support and guarantee, and realize the sustainable utilization of water resources.  In the process of building ecological civilization in our country, water conservancy  project management plays an important role, and the realization of ecological friendly  water conservancy project is the goal of water conservancy project management. With the  strategic goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, it is an important task to  provide safe and healthy water for production, living and ecology for the whole society.  How to adapt to the new requirements of economic and social development of water  conservancy project management is a new topic.
