Compared with general public buildings, urban rail transit projects have higher social attention and greater social responsibility for the construction and operation parties, so it is more necessary to pay attention to the improvement of construction and operation level. Especially with the rapid development of domestic urban rail transit construction in recent years, a certain number of new lines are put into operation every year, no matter in design, construction, construction and operation management, there is a shortage of access resources, especially for experienced managers. How to improve “efficiency” under the premise of ensuring the construction period, quality and safety is a major problem to be solved urgently.
